Ever since we bought this massage chair. It is being used daily best investment that I’ve ever put in since I do have a back problem. I always look forward to using it. There’s times I even fall asleep when I’m using it. Thank you once again.

Like you, I was skeptical of a large purchase online. What I will have to say is first that the sales rep (bernie) was very knowledgeable. He knew his stuff. What earned my trust is he wasn't trying to upsell me or pushy. He answered a lot of questions about chairs and helped me understand so i can make my decision. Secondly, he cared enough that it wasn't just about the order. He followed through until the chair was in my house. It is rare to find a stop like this with an online prsense that they follow through. Earned my trust (purchase is very $$$ kyota chair).

Now that the chair is here, I’m blown away by how advanced and comfortable it is. The 4D rollers are incredibly precise, offering an in-and-out motion that feels just like a real massage therapist. The L-Track design gives full back and glute coverage, and the zero-gravity recline is perfect for decompressing after a long day. I’m a taller guy at 6’2”, and this chair fits me perfectly—it supports up to 6’5”, so I have no issues with comfort or reach. One of my favorite features is the kneading and sync massage modes—they hit all the right spots and really loosen up tight muscles after sitting at a desk or working outside. My wife loves the ability to create and save her own custom massage settings. We use this chair almost every day now.

The calf kneading and triple foot rollers are another standout. I never realized how much tension I was holding in my legs and feet until I used this chair. The heat therapy in the lower back is just the icing on the cake—perfect for those cooler evenings or after yard work. The built-in Bluetooth speakers, voice controls, and memory settings make the experience feel high-end, and the chair is extremely quiet and smooth in operation. Even the assembly process was straightforward, thanks to the helpful video Rick provided.

All in all, this has been a fantastic investment. I’m incredibly thankful to Rick and the team at the Massage Chair Store for making the whole process so seamless. I bought one of the dual-knobby massage chairs that does your back and butt at the same time. There was a small issue during shipping and the chair will never replace a real masseuse, but it helps get the knots out of my shoulders and I think it's worth it. The plastic button covers are pretty worn even though it's only been a year, but not significantly and all of the mechanics still work. I'd say customer service made the difference! Ryan was top-notch. I'm usually pretty harsh on ratings, but I like these guys and I'd be happy to buy from Massage Chair Store again.

Everything was as expected. Communication was great, and the massage chair was in excellent condition (i purchased one of the refurbished chairs). I use the massage chair pretty much daily.

Looking forward to this I sat in one in Japan and now I need this one to be better than that

Bernie was great. I would give him a 5. Answered all questions. Very friendly and professional. Only gave a 4 because we disappointed that there weren’t more chair options for shorter people. Lots of chairs on display but only one option for us. What a tease.Like the features but don’t love the tan color piping and inlay. Since there were no other choices I feel I am settling. Not a good feeling after spending $7000. Just hope I love it when it arrives.
