This "operation called: 'Magick.com" exists ONLY to get your money and has no merchandize to sell.

Once you have clicked, your payments are sent to Magick.com and they deposit your YOUR money in THEIR bank account.

You will never get your merchandise because this company HAS NO MERCHANDISE to deliver.

It is OUR responsibility, you and me and all the others who fell for this scam, to pass on the TRUTH about this criminal enterprise. We can do our best to protect the future Victims of "Magick.com".

Didn't ship order and ignored multiple emails and contact attempts requesting updated and ultimately a cancelation. I had to go through my bank to dispute the charge. They finally replied to my emails over two and a half months later, but offered no refund or resolution. Luckily, my bank refunded me a month earlier.

I ordered twice and did not get my orders and still waiting for refunds. Too many other actual reputable companies out there to have to deal with crooks like this.

I placed an order on 8/14/24. They immediately took my money from my account. To date, the order status remains "unfulfilled". I have tried emailing and calling them with no response. I am now requesting a cancellation of my order and a refund--not sure if that will happen. Buyer beware.

July 17, 2024 put in an order. Aug 16 I received a shipping #. The item was never picked up and the tracking # expired after 14 days.
Multiple emails with no response
It appears I just got lucky before and received my items!

I would offer no stars if possible.

I ordered three items back in April. After several weeks of emailing back and forth with their customer service, I received a 3% refund and a promise that I'd receive my decks as soon as possible.

They are always claiming that shipping is delayed because of their 30% sale. This is their constant excuse and always their form letter response every time you email them.

Finally, in July, I received 2 of the three decks. When I reach out again to inquire about the third deck I received their form letter response and no follow up. I have been trying to resolve this matter since July with zero response from the company.

I wish I had looked up their reviews before I let them steal $30 and 5 months of being lied to. Avoid them at all costs.

I recently wrote a review saying that I never received part of my order, and they claimed it was sent in July, but USPS said they never received it. Well it ended showing up at USPS in August somehow, so I finally got it the end of August. I don't know what happened since customer service was still unreachable and unresponsive.

This company is the worst. I ordered my items in May, and I still have not received my order and it’s September. I’ve called several times no one would pick up. I contacted my bank they are doing an investigation want my mo way back. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from them. A total disaster

called several times as well emailed them and i got a message saying that the companies email will not accept and will attempt again in 48 hours i ordereed on 8/12 it's now 9/9 and not fulfilled, really pissed need to file on the BBB

We placed an order in April and never received our product. We called several times and finally spoke with someone who said it will be shipped. This was in May. It is now September and we have yet to receive anything. I truly believe this company is a scam. Do not buy from them. When you call the number they changed the name to costumes.com. same company same rip off artist.

MAGICK.COM....This company suck! No response back from customer service or email reply back!! I Order August 8 2024. Order status is unfulfilled still as of today date 09/06/2024. Card Company they are stepping in as of today to get my refund! Magick.com is a scam! Please people don't get scammed! Amazon SHOULD be held responsible also why are they letting these criminals link payments from Amazon accounts.

If I could give them a half star rating I would. I ordered my items in March. The last shipping update was in May and it is now September. I have spoken with 2 people on the phone...who reassured me that my order "was on its way". It has been at their post office since May 24...and when I called them ..they didn't even have the package. I will never do business with them again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Just like everyone has been saying… this 30% sale they claim, has been going on forever and when you reach out for an update on tracking you get NO RESPONSE. I’m going on almost 2 1/2 months with none of my items, no tracking, no response, etc. stay far far far away from this company, complete scammers

Worst customer service ever. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Placed an order on 7/30. Received an email that it had shipped on 8/6. On 8/15, I noticed that it hadn't shipped, just that a label had been created. I emailed them and asked when it would actually be shipped. Heard nothing. On Aug. 22, I reached out again and was concerned because I'm moving soon and want to receive the package. This time, I get a reply that "we're having some issues with USPS and tracking numbers" and that the person would "look into" the issue. By 8/25, I hadn't heard anything and asked for my order to be cancelled and money to be refunded. Still heard nothing. Today (8.28), I contacted my bank to dispute the charges. Worst company ever.

If I could give a negative star I would. I placed an order from these THIEVES in April of 2024. It was actually three separate orders totaling more than $350. In June, I received $53 worth of products from my order. And as of today NOTHING else. I have emailed relentlessly and called their customer service weekly but to no avail.

I placed an order July 12, 2024. As of today August 24, 2024 I have yet to receive it, nor have they responded to my phone calls, voicemail, or emails. Last week, a month after I paid for my order in full, I canceled the order requesting a full refund. Still no response whatsoever. I pray the next customer who intends on placing an order with Magick.com reads these reviews first and is saved the hassle of being swindled. I'd leave no stars if I could. BBB has been contacted and complaint has been filed.

I ordered twice from Magic.com. The first order took 2 months to ship, and many emails and calls to customer support. They claimed to be overwhelmed the their sale. Second order, why I ordered again, I’m not sure! Second order after several email and no response for nearly 3 months, I disputed it with my credit card company and my order was immediately cancelled. Nobody reached out until then. Horrible business practices! They have some cool stuff but you’ll never get it! Whoever’s running this need to hire help!!

I sent a question about a product and never received an answer.
I ordered regardless and product came within a reasonable time frame.

It has been over two months and I haven't received my order. Their customer service is an absolute joke. If you try to inquire about your order you either get ignored, lied to, or an attitude.
