I never received my order! I hate this store!!!!!!!!!

Magick.com now has a Top Rated review of 4.9 on Google.
PLEASE DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THOSE GOOGLE REVIEWS!!!!! (And they also use another “trust” website to garner sales.)
They still have not refunded me!!!

I have not received my order, no updates, no response. Only a tracking number from 8/9/24. This is my first issue I’ve ever had with Magick as a repeat customer. I’m disappointed.

Ordered 6 items and a month later it still hadn’t shipped. I emailed and never got a response. Emailed a few weeks later and was told it would ship within 1-2 weeks. 3 weeks later I emailed to cancel the order and again, never heard back. Finally I emailed one more time to cancel but had to reach out to my bank to resolve it. Still says the items are in “pre shipment” and never got a response. Unfortunate because I had 2 previous normal orders from this company but see this is very common.

I have still not received my goods. I ordered the over a month ago. No response to customer service and I’ve had to file a claim.
Horrible way to run a company. Not sustainable.
I will be getting legal advice.

Izzy is a blatant LIAR and they failed to ship the sage I paid for and sent the wrong candle. The company makes promises they can't keep and LIES to cover it up. Oh, the warehouse will look for your order that was submitted over a MONTH ago, all of a sudden they find it, they fail to communicate, don't answer their phone and LIE, LIE, LIE... RUN and buy from anyone else but these LIARS.

Shipping is abysmally slow! I placed my order on August 5th, and it has still not even left their warehouse yet (on August 16th). I was told to wait another week for my order before calling again. I wish I had checked this information before placing my order, but I whether I receive my items or not, I will not ever order from this company again.

Great experience that was worth it. I love what I received. Very nice packaging.

Like a lot of others, I never received my order. I was told multiple times there was a delay or a large shipment came in, causing a delay etc. I have no faith that I’ll actually get a refund either, but I really should have looked up reviews before placing an order. Please don’t waste your time hoping that you’ll get your order and we are all just one-off cases.

Really fast and great shipping! I needed things for a spell to do on Monday and it came on the exact same day! This company super efficient and sweet!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND THE ONLY Reason I ordered from this company was because Google recommended them as a trusted website Please don’t waste your money with them because you will not receive your order. I placed an order May 15 and I still have not received the order then I filed a few Disputes with my bank and they also won’t even provide my money back. I have never seen anything like this before so please be careful. Also be careful with Google because they recommended a company that was a scam as a trusted website. I’ve never seen anything like this to be honest ITS SAD.

The Triple Moon Copper Magnetic Bracelet is wonderful and I love it! Very beautiful, sturdy and well made. It was a great price and I received it quickly.

I made a purchase and 8 weeks later never received my items. After several emails and calls with only 1 response, I was forced to contact my credit card company and request a charge back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!

If I could give them zero I would! Am not sure what is going on with them and feel something changed recently? Horrible business practices and not standing by what the website says etc. I ordered an item and it took 2 months to ship, this was not some special item or anything just a random book that was cheaper than Amazon at the time. During the first month I reached out several times, multiple ways, to get support on where my stuff was etc. No one ever replied so I canceled my order and got my money back from PayPal thinking I was scammed. Then months later I'm sent my order, email confirmed shipped 2 months later then took about 2 weeks to get from California to Michigan.... I reached out again to let them know am not accepting it because I already got a refund. Again zero customer service or reply, refused the item with usps and it was sent back to sender. Never again, way too much trouble to save myself a few bucks

Don't waste your time.Ordered June 23rd, today is August 7th ans my order is still "unfulfilled". Wrote several emails, about half received a response. Last response on August 1st said it would be shipped but still has not. They ignore requests to cancel and give a refund. Total scam.

I've ordered with this company several times over the last two-ish years with no issue other than slow shipping (a couple of weeks). I placed an order on June 9th, 2024 and haven't received my order despite reaching out (and getting replies with empty promises of shipment). I did get a reply on July 25th saying I'd receive a refund within 48-72 hours if the order hadn't shipped. I was fine with that. But it's now August 7th and the order still shows unfulfilled and I've not received a refund. I'd beware of this company as they're clearly struggling (or simply a scam).

BUYER BEWARE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

0 STARS...You know it's a bad company when they disable comments on their facebook and instagram to prevent people from exposing the truth about the business they're doing. I used to love ordering from Magick.com, but over the last 1.5 years they really went downhill and now it just seems that they are just scamming people or can't handle the orders they are receiving to ship them in a timely manner. I placed my order on June 23 and it's August 6th. Thankfully I placed my order with Klarna and they immediately put a stop on the payments when I thought something fishy was going on and then investigated themselves and refunded me completely.

Don't fall for the 30% off ending soon sale. That's how they bait you in. They've been advertising that sale forever. Just go to your local metaphysical shop, Barnes & Noble or even amazon to order your decks because you will not receive anything from Magick.com. I feel like maybe they're on the verge of bankruptcy or going out of business and they're just trying to get as much money as they can before closing their site down.

Only because there is no -0, I have to pick 1, I ordered June 4th and June 7th from Magick. I've since written support 5 times starting the end of June for updates and am constantly told 72 hours to shipping at that point. My last communication was 2 weeks ago with no reply, the reply before that stated my orders would ship in 3 weeks.. my orders are still listed as unfulfilled. I disputed on afterpay since they have been paid off and they started a dispute. I guess from the other reviews I've read, I should contact my bank and see what help they can offer. I agree that I wish I had researched reviews first as not doing so was almost a 1st for me not doing so.

If I could give zero stars I would. Made two orders. One on July 4th the other July 5th, have not received either order. emailed them 10 days ago and heard they were back logged. Neither one of my orders has moved since their initial days of supposedly being shipped.

I've already spoken with my bank and they told me to reach out to them once it's been 30 days on each order so they can open disputes on each and work on my refunds. I'm so mad at myself that I didn't go to Trustpilot first to see these reviews. If I had I would have NEVER done any business with this company.

The only thing this website is good for is to see what products are out there and then go to ANOTHER website that is reputable and order from there which is exactly what I plan on doing. Once I receive my refunds on both these disastrous orders I will go somewhere else and re-order the products.

Moral of this story, steer clear of Magick.com, they are not to be trusted.

I ordered a tarot deck from them on June 18th, their site says shipping should begin within 3-5 business days but could be longer during their sale. Fast forward to July 10th and the order is still unfulfilled and hasn't even begun the shipping process, so I called to get a refund. The customer service lady was nice, I don't blame her, but she said I should have a refund reflected within a few days and my order cancelled.

But no refund happened UNTIL I initiated a dispute and chargeback through my credit card on the 29th of July. Then suddenly on the 30th of July I finally got my refund. Disgusting behavior that they were just going to continue to rip me off until I initiated a chargeback and then they instantly refunded me. Who knows how many other people they've ripped off this way who paid, never received their product, and kept their money.
