Do not recommend ordering from them unless you want a giant headache. I ordered Nov 30 and understood it's a busy time of year. But two weeks went by with the order sitting as 'Processing' and no updates. Despite emailing and calling, only for the calls to immediate hang up after saying the call couldn't be transferred, I didn't hear back. I tried disputing the charge with my bank which would've worked but...

They finally email me back Dec 17(!!!) with them saying they're waiting for a deck, would I like to wait or cancel it and get a refund? I already ordered the same products on Amazon and got it in 3 days. I said cancel, mind you responding to the email 1 HOUR later. They shipped it anyways Dec 26, almost a week later, and now my dispute is voided and I'm being charged. Response time is awful. Communication sucks. So disorganized and extremely frustrating. Going to try to get a refund but save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

Ordered some books and other small items during a promoted sale in September with shipping listed as 5-7 days. Contacted customer service in October, November, and December, each time with a representative assuring me they were waiting on one thing and it was about to ship. Finally asked that they ship what they have and refund the rest, after which they marked the entire order "cancelled" but have not yet refunded the money I spent there 5 months ago. Scam company, definitely not a magickal experience.

I wish I’d seen this before ordering from them. I ordered Christmas presents on December 1. A couple weeks later it still hadn’t shipped, so I emailed them and they did reply, saying they were backed up and would ship soon. They still didn’t. I emailed them 4 or 5 times and it looks like it’s finally been shipped. It’s been sitting in Hawthorne, CA for a month and it’s now in Los Angeles. I’m in Florida. Today is January 3.

I have a feeling they wouldn’t have shipped it at all if I wasn’t nagging like crazy. And I haven’t received it yet, so who knows if I’ll get all the items?

Placed order Dec 1, Dec 18th still not shipped. When order made site did not say there would be delay. They at first would respond to emails and can't call. I asked repeatedly for them to cancel. They were going to mail items that do not qualify as media mail that way. I paid through afterpay. I opened a dispute, they refuse to respond to the dispute and refuse to refund because one was open. Horrible customer service.

I have been waiting almost a year for my 3 tarot decks that I paid $60 for. I was having interaction with a support member and then they went ghost. I was never issued a refund and was told repeatedly that the package was delayed due to inventory issues and the warehouse. I placed my order in March of 2024. I just want my money back if the package is or was never sent.

I made an order in September 2024 for some tarot decks. At first they were communicating and said the order would be delayed. After 3 weeks I asked for an update and they said the order was delayed in the warehouse. I asked for a refund and they never responded. I did do a charge back and received my money back however I will never order from them again.

Do not buy from them. They rarely send the product and don't refund. They are a scam fraud con.
They appear to have great products but if you can't buy them and don't get a refund why bother. Order from Walmart or another Magic Wicca Tarot shop

Do not order from this company! I ordered some candles in April of 2024 and as of November I have not received them. I’ve contacted their support and they claimed that due to demand they were delayed. The fourth time I contacted them I requested a refund. No surprise, it’s been 4 weeks and no refund. Karma, please work a little magic with Magick.com!

COMMUNICATE with the people you hope to do business with! You just lost me, my business, and everyone I know as customers. I placed an order, received confirmation email 10/19/2024. Payment was removed from my account on 10/24/2024. I called 10/30/2024 requesting a order status update. They said they would know more 11/7/2024 or 11/8/2024. I called again 11/14/2024. Nikki, who was sweet and professional, informed me that they updated their system on 10/31/2024 and that I had two options... 1) I could continue to wait and it would take an additional 4 to 6 weeks or 2) I could cancel my order today, pay again today, and wait and additional 1 to 5 business days. I just cancelled my order entirely. It will take 5 to 7 business days for the money to be returned to my account. Why give them a third chance to screw me over because I have done this same thing with them about a year ago and thought I would give them another shot. Boy was I wrong. Don't do it. Pay the extra to go somewhere else.

I placed 2 orders, one on October 1, 2024, and a second one on October 2, 2024.
They claim orders will be sent out in 1-7 business days. After several business days and no contact I wrote them. You can never get anyone to answer their phone, as I had made no less than 10 calls... all going to voice mail.
They assured me via email that my product was going out on October 11, 2024.
After no confirmations, I attempted to cancel 1 card payment, as the other 1 required written dispute which was too much work... I'll just suck it up.
Throughout the month there was exchanges back and forth via email, but still no mailing of product.
Out of nowhere, I got an email saying they were mailing my product. Yeah!
I checked SHOP, and nope, they only made a label.
Finally, today, I got someone to answer the phone...October 30, 2024...some 26+ business days later. Unfortunately, the receptionist said they had only printed a label, but some of the product was not at their location yet...whatever that means.
She had no idea when the product would arrive, or when it would go out. Geez!
I then informed her that I had disputed one of the charges, but was willing to pay for that one right now so I didn't lose my place in the cue. She said please hold. 5 minutes into holding I got emails saying my money was returned for both orders.
When she came back on, she said that Majick could no longer do business with me because me disputing the charges makes their company look bad!?
EXCUSE ME?
IT'S NOT the lack of communication, the empty promises of speedy delivery, the availability of listed products, or even the deception of printing labels for products you have no intention of shipping...it's me trying to recoup a portion of my money, in which I was willing to pay for with a different card if they were indeed going to ship it....which they weren't!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY AND BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!

I placed an order on September 30. After a couple of weeks, I sent email inquiring about the status of my order. Diane in customer service told me that my order would be coming this week. They didn't expect the item I bought to sell as it did and they sold out in their main warehouse. Restock will arrive beginning of next week.

I have emailed them twice more this month to get an update. Every reply has been from "Diane" saying sorry, that my order will ship this coming week.

This week I emailed them again and they replied that I could cancel and request a refund for the item or they'd ship the in-stock item while I waited for the other item. I requested the refund. I immediately got an email saying they’d canceled my order and had issued a refund. I have not seen it yet.*

Obviously, this is a company to avoid. I wish I had read the reviews here before placing an order.

*UPDATE: I did receive my refund to my credit card, minus a couple of dollars, a few days later. I have no idea why the deduction but glad that I got my money back. This doesn't change my review. I still would avoid this company.

This is a major scam organization that goes by multiple names. They change the name every few years. No idea why California doesn't do something about them.

I made an order for a few books back in March 2024. I reached out in April to ask why it hadn't been shipped yet. Mariah in customer service told me that they were waiting for the supplier (Troy Books) in England to ship, yet provided no timeline.

As an experiment, I ordered directly from Troy Books over the summer and received books from them WITHIN A WEEK. Obviously, they were not the problem.

It's now nearly November. Magick will not respond to my emails. I had to order a dispute case with my credit card company. Please avoid these people at ALL COSTS.

Truly awful customer service. Sucked in by 30% off, I ordered an item after which I was deluged with constant email promotions but no notice that the product had shipped. I finally emailed, got a snide comment back and then I phoned to cancel the order. They canceled it but didn't refund the amount. I had to get my credit card company to go after them for the refund. Avoid at all cost.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This is a scam that on occasion actually sends products bought out, I think to stay out of jail. But don’t be fooled, this company will eventually steal your money. Do not order from them. Find your desired product instead on Etsy, eBay, local bookstore or even Amazon.

Know that I did reach out muiltple times after about 2 months later someone in customer service said they were sorry and looking into current status for my order. That’s was almost 2 months ago. I reached out again and have heard nothing. It’s now been about 4 months and no shipment.

I placed an order back in March of 2024. It is now almost October and my order was never even shipped. I’ve spoken to Isabel in customer service, who has only made excuses for the slow dispatch. She said they were behind on sending out orders because of their 30% off sale (which it seems like there’s ALWAYS a 30% off sale, so no excuse there), and then said that my package was lost and they’d send out another one. Finally she tried to blame USPS for losing my package. This company creates tracking numbers for orders without ever shipping anything out, so that they can blame USPS when you never get your order. It’s absolutely crazy. I ordered from them a couple times back in 2020 with no issues whatsoever. I don’t know what happened to Magick.com, but it’s now a complete scam. Don’t ever buy from them!

They’d get ZERO stars!! Took my money and sent no product!! I’ve reached out to “customer service” via email with no response. I filed with the BBB and they got no response. Do not trust this company!!!!!!

I bought a gift for my friend she loved it. I hope it brings love and good luck.
