Really do love the aromatherapy…
Really do love the aromatherapy diffusers, but the Nomad grey diffuser stopped working after two days of receiving it. Have contacted the company and have not had any feedback?
Love the Kharis diffuser very much indeed, would definitely recommend.

Hi Geoffrey, Thank you for your feedback and it was great to speak with you earlier. As promised I have arranged for the replacement product to be despatched for you. This should arrive before the end of the week. I hope you have a lovely evening, Cindy
Not able to reach customer service
I purchased a ceramic diffused called Oska a couple of years ago and for about a year everything was ok. About one year ago however the cable s plug broke in the socket and I haven t been able to use the device since because I can t find a replacement cable for it. Still trying and got the wrong cable again today. For for a £70 device that really sucks. Moreover, there is no way to contact customer service. Their website doesn t provide a phone nr or email address, the contact form doesn t work. Really disappointed.

Hi Maria, Thank you for your message and I am sorry to hear that you have not been able to find a replacement adaptor. I have sent a reply to your email (which was received in our inbox last night) with a link to the correct item via our website.
In regards to your comments on reaching our customer service team I have checked the contact us form on the website and the live chat function this morning and can confirm that they are working and messages have been received into our customer service team.
I hope this helps and we can get your Oska working for you again.
Have a great day.
Many Thanks, Cindy

A warm glow and beautiful scent
The Fern diffuser from MadebyZen adds such a calming influence to my home. I enjoy both the warm glow and beautiful scent. I'd highly recommend the Wellbeing Essentials gift set too! I might buy another for the office!

Thank you for your rating and kind words, it really does mean a lot to us. We are so pleased you love your diffuser and oils, great choice!
Worst customer service
We love the look of Made by Zen diffusers and have two for our business. Sadly, one of them has become faulty & ineffective and stopped misting as it should. We’ve sent multiple videos to hear office but they are arguing that as there is a slight mist, it’s not faulty - even though it’s clearly not working. Absolutely horrendous customer service - I would not recommend.

Great product
Great product. Received Jasper Ultrasonic Aroma Diffuser as a gift. Love the design with glass cover and light. Easy to use. Lucky to also receive fragrance oils, loving lily atm. Would and have recommended these products.

Best diffuser ever
I bought a Gem diffuser for my wife and she is so happy with the gift. It’s not just helped me transforming my house in a zen place but also added a touch of design as well.
