Do not buy from this company. They are scammers, what they send you is not what you ordered. Please Please do not buy anything!!! I have been waiting since the beginning of August for my refund and now they are ignoring my emails.

Sent a different dress to the one advertised.Cheap cotton instead of linen, sleeves a different length. I sent photos. Said they would give a refund. They never have, despite numerous emails and replies saying it was being escalated. Bought August 2026. Currently November.it seems they are designed to wear you down.

What a awful company they sell rubbish clothing they lie on their website they promise refunds that never happen
Should not be allowed to trade

This is a total scam, claiming to be the official retailer of Polene bags but is clearing existing stock. I request for a refund and after 15 days, no refund and 2 out of 4 "Polene" bags were delivered, with clear labels from China. The bags are of poor quality fake leather, not even close to the real thing. This is a total SCAM! $850 for 2 bags that are sold at $10 each on Taobao. I am hoping my bank, UOB, could raise a merchandise dispute and help me get a refund. I block and change my credit card, fearing they will bill me again.

Ordered some sandals and they are nothing like the photos - the pair they sent are hideous - requested a return straight away and it took them over two weeks to reply saying it had been declined due to being a late request - informed them I requested as soon as I got them and they said they would look into it - that was in August and still waiting for further information

A scam company. I cancelled an order within minutes of ordering and two months later, and five promises by text, I am still waiting for my refund.

Do not be taken in by the apparent apologetic nature of any communiques you received from them. They are cowboys.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company are a complete scam. I ordered croc low wedge sandals and what I received didn’t even resemble them. I received some cheap plastic croc copies that you can buy in the pound shop. I contacted them and I am still waiting for a refund that was on the 1st September. I’m obviously not going to receive anything from them. So please be aware don’t waste your hard earned money like I did stupidly!!!

This company is a scam. I ordered two linen v-neck dresses and what I received were two ultra cheap rubbish polyester items that you wouldnt even wear in bed. When I tried to return them, I got no response from the company at all. I have managed to retrieve my money from my credit card company thankfully. Oh and by the way, the phone number on their website belongs to a cafe in London!!
