I have ordered few times and the same bra, same size of bra, in different colours are different sizes. Their sizing between styles varies considerably too. Whilst comfortable, they aren’t any better than others out there, doesn’t give the support it promises and trying to return items are a nightmare. Their communication is shocking, very slow and not helpful. Avoid.

The sizing is just hopeless
The sizing is just hopeless. It feels lovely but I'm a 32G so went for the size recommended and it was too big in the band and too small in the cup - straight in the bin

Terrible company
Terrible company, would not recommend at all! The bras are not all that & customer service is awful. Been emailing for weeks to return one of the bras that doesn’t fit, but no response. Don’t waste your money!!!

The delivery took forever for 1. What's the hype for this bra?? My Walmart joyspun bra is way better. The material is nice but there is no push up and the clamps in the back are hard to attach. Wouldn't buy another and wouldn't waist my time.

Only half of order arrived but charged for the full amount
I ordered and paid for 4 bras.
Only 2 arrived but I was charged for the full amount. Now no-one is replying. I have asked for the rest of the bras or money back. But absolutely nothing.

Complete scam, don’t bother
I ordered 2 bras which arrived nothing like described and were absolutely huge, despite me using their sizing guide. They were completely unusable, so I asked to return and for a refund. They instead said they would send me an alternative size free of charge to try, which I agreed to. These took weeks to arrive, and when they did were the same size as they had previously sent, just 2 different styles, so I now have 4 huge, completely unusable bras. I’ve told them, they’ve asked for photos, I’ve sent the photos, it’s taken them a week to reply and now they’re just asking for more photos. I just want my money back, complete con, don’t fall for it

I bought the white one, I have spent a long time looking for the right fit, and this is it.
The only problem I had was delivery took quite sometime.

Stay away from this company…
Ordered a 2XL bra since I’m a bit on the larger side. I could only just get it fastened so asked how I return it for a refund.
Was told that I didn’t need to return it but as a good will gesture they would send me out another bra as long as there wasn’t a massive difference in the size I wanted. I went for the 4XL only to be told that they only go one size up or down.
I then asked how I go about getting a refund if they weren’t gonna provide me with the size of bra I wanted and was told I have (1) a partial refund of 30% of my original order and keep the item. (2) Return the item at my expense for a full refund (3) Store credit for the full amount of the item.
I asked if sending me the size I needed as a replacement was not just the same as store credit but apparently it’s not….Go figure….
So, please give this company a huge body swerve. Only reason I have given 2stars is because they were quick at replying to my emails……Oh, and btw…I chose the 30% cash back cos I wouldn’t want one of there products now and if I chose to return it after postage I would probably only have got 30% back anyway, if not less.

I wonder if this company is even legitimate! Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering, don't bother or waste your money. Never respond to emails, but are happy taking your hard-earned money. They should be ashamed of themselves.
