Having ordered a small strapless bra that was sadly too big, it doesn’t come in XS, Madam Muse said keep the bra and sent me a code to order another bra for free!
Just ordered another gel bra to add to my collection of 4 different colours.

I would love to leave you a review about your product, but I am still to receive!

I want to return my items and despite numerous emails from them asking how everything is going and that if I have any issues to reply and a human will get in touch with me, I am yet to get a single reply to a message from them. I have contacted them approximately 10 times with no reply via email, the website, instagram or facebook. You are unable to initiate a return until you have had email contact but as no-one replies to the email, essentially the returns process does not exist.

Love it, as described but delivery took longer than expected!

Terrible, item never arrived, don’t waste your time

I purchased 3 bras and one of the bras had a tear in it and I reached out to customer support and they went above and beyond to help fix the problem. They sent me a replacement very quickly. I will only buy my bras from Madam Muse, they are comfortable and fit me perfectly. The staff was very helpful. I am a very happy customer!!

Further to my recent reviews, I continued to press for a full refund despite the fact the return address no longer existed, I can report that Madam Muse have now refunded me in full, save for the £4.45 Royal Mail fee. Lesson learned. Buy British!!!

Have waited for delivery for around 3 weeks. so far, nothing...

Product does not fit my body type (although I bought it because they specifically said it did). Customer service? Zero! Took them two weeks to respond to my request to return it, then they asked for pictures, now it's another two weeks. They're going to drag it out and then claim I didn't respond fast enough.

customer service is NON EXISTENT.
Website says they follow up with 1 business day - ABSOLUTE LIE.
I have used their form that is included and sent 2 more separate emails and total silence.
Followed their sizing guide and do not fit correctly. Exchanges on them - good luck getting any follow up.
DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU ARE 100% confident on the sizing.

Update! I received my two bras the very next day following my initial review. Even though shipping took a long time (looks like they had to clear customs), the bras are wonderful and fit perfectly. I will be buying more from Madam Muse. Their communication was also very quick and responsive.

Even though I received numerous emails telling me that they were sorry for the delay in delivery of my bras, I then received an email asking me to review the bras since I have had two weeks to wear them. I have yet to receive my order and it has been a very long time since I’ve ordered the bras. I will probably have to file a dispute with my credit card company at this point.

Similar to all the other reviews, delivery time took weeks. Bra does not have the lift it promises. Nothing but Uni-Boob. And the worst part.. Customer Service wont reply or return email requests for me to return items for a refund. What a disaster.

Edited to add: following the response from Madammuse.co - email and order information have been provided - 3 times in the past week. I have not received any response. Hence the bit about about Customer Service support. It's non existent.

Wait weeks for product. Sent wrong bra. Company ghosts you and ignores your refund requests. Eventually after tonnes of emails (from me not them) get a return address only for it to be sent back to me ‘not known at this address’ !
Get a refund after numerous emails over many weeks, but they will not pay for the return postage that they have cost me from giving me an invalid return address. Why should i be out of pocket for their error

Only received my bra today have tryed it on feels very comfortable

As with other reviewers, I too had a long wait.
So long in fact that I wrote to them asking for a refund. After writing a review on this platform about the wait and lack of communication, the bra was delivered the very next day. Which leads me to another issue! The fabric is soft and the fit is fine but I didn’t expect there to be removable pads. None of the ads say this. I assumed ( I know) that this was a traditional jell padded bra but not removable like a sports bra. Oh well. Learned my lesson.

Bras were far too big after using their size calculator. Then it seems they put every obstacle in your way to be able to actually get your money back. Months into the process now and now being asked for proof of postage for tracked return (that I've had to pay for) for them to seemingly admit they actually received it. Worst customer service ever.

While the bras I ordered didn't fit (due to a difference in sizing) their team was really helpful, and were able to guide me through and give me lots of options for what I wanted to do regrding the bras. (:

Item not yet delivered. Very disappointed

I ordered a bra that I need to return and cannot get hold of company to find out how to return. I’ve used their online contact form and their email address and haven’t had a reply to either for weeks. Feels like a con - company obviously exists and sends orders, but god forbid should you need to return something!!!
