Firstly I'm not one to complain or even write a review but wrong is wrong and quite frankly I'm tired of companies on the internet shafting consumers!
1 star is too good for this company, and i was annoyed that I had to give them a star!

Ladies don't purchase this bra! Their advertising is deceptive. There is absolutely nothing jelly about this bra, it is an ill fitted padded bra. It took forever to come, upon receipt I noticed the fabric had a bad odor, when I tried it on all the features claimed in their ads are untrue. I immediately reached out to them to return. I fully explained my experience only for them to tell me that I cannot return the item. Below is their email response. I would have respected them had they said all sales are final. BELOW IS THEIR RESPONSE:

LADIES THEIR RETURN POLICY IS PURE BS! THIS IS JUST A SUB STANDARD (AGAIN) BADLY MADE, POORLY FITTED, SMELLY BRA!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME PURCHASING THIS......PIECE OF FABRIC!

Still waiting for bra to arrive, ordered in august. Emailed them and was told they are looking into it. Still getting emails asking me how my bra was, well i dont know as im still waiting for it. Asked for a refund and there not interested. Dont bother ordering.

Item took 2 weeks to arrive and then didn't fit. I have sent 6 emails asking about a refund but have not received any reply. Customer service is dreadful and will not be ordering again.

After madam muse responded to my review I emailed again as they asked me to. Again I have had no response. Very disappointed

AVOID LADIES!
Waited ages for delivery, bras do not support in any way. I have emailed soo many times for a refund/exchange but I have received no replies. They claim to get back to you in 1 day, I have been waiting over a week to not even receive an acknowledgement. Very disappointing.

Poorly constructed bras, not fit for purpose. I also received request for a review before receiving them. I followed their terms and conditions to request for return information. Took forever for a response and they said I’d ordered the wrong size - no mention of the poor construction nor any information about how to return them. Very poor customer service, severe lack of communication. Gave up trying to get the info to return them and initiated a chargeback.
Dislike leaving a negative review but I’m a firm believer in ‘buyer beware’!

It’s the most comfortable bra I’ve ever had! It doesn’t even feel like I’m wearing one. I love it!

I waited over two weeks for the bra to arrive. It is advertised as a push up bra. It is not push up at all. It’s just a cheap material bra that doesn’t give any shape and does not ‘Lift’ as advertised! I sent an email asking to return for a refund. They offered for me to try another bra instead. I replied over a week ago and have received no response. I have sent at least four more emails asking for a reply but heard nothing back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The item was never received.

Asked how is the Bra when they know full well that it has not even arrived yet.
No answers to any of my messages or emails asking wheel it will be delivered. Very poor service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service of this company is appalling. Emails for a refund take approx 6 days to get a reply each time. When I eventually get permission to return, many emails over many weeks and photos of each item submitted, I get a returns label. Only to pay for signed for delivery of my returns to be refused and returned to me. I have had to go down the credit card chargeback route to get a refund.

Wish I had read the reviews on here first!
After a long wait for the bra it is a terrible fit and have emailed them for a return. Still waiting. I will report them to Trading Standards if I don’t get my money back.

I LOVE this bra!! Finally I found one that is really comfortable. I actually forget that I'm wearing it. I know that might sound silly...I mean I don't keep in mind the fact that I'm wearing my shirt or my pants... But there's so many ways I've had attention on the bra I'm wearing. The back strap, the shoulder straps, the band around my ribs, the cups not fitting.... It's just awesome🥰 Now that I know how comfortable it is I'm ordering more so that I can just wear these. So glad I tried this one‼️

I rarely write reviews but this website needs one. Their products are of low quality and size too big then when you want it returned you’re gonna have to go through lengthy process just to have it returned. Well in my case I am still emailing them and they keep shoving down my throat a replacement I never even want in the first place. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I just got the bras 3 days ago, even with an email sent on 10/11 saying I've had them for 2 weeks. There is definitely NO jelly.... Just a normal pad in the bra. They also run small. I am a 36 c, I purchased a large and it's tight on me. There is also a seam at the top of the bra strap that is thick and is right where your bone is so you feel it. I wish I understood why Facebook lets these companies scam people. Very frustrating.

I received my bras last week. They are too small. I wanted to exchange for large. I have emailed them at least 7 times with no response. I have told them i am going to call my credit card company and reverse the charges. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I should have looked at the reviews before I bought. Never again.

My original shipment never made it to me having gotten lost in delivery. The customer service team was incredibly friendly, quick to respond and very helpful. We exhausted several avenues trying to find the package. In the end, they replaced the missing bra! Atop all this, the quality and fit of the bra is fabulous! I will be buying more from them and highly recommend the company.

I did receive a request to write a review which insinuated that I’ve had received my bra two weeks prior, which I still hadn’t received it yet. After receiving the bra, I do feel like the Instagram ads were a bit deceiving about the amount of lift that it gives, it gave the illusion that it would be more of a push-up bra and it has absolutely no push-up however it is virtually invisible under shirts and quite comfortable so I really do enjoy the product itself in that regard. I do feel like there was false advertising and delayed shipments. That said, it is quite comfortable however I was under the impression I was purchasing something different than what I received.

Order allegedly dispatched a while ago, but has not been delivered and the tracking number is not working. 2 emails sent so far, but no reply at all. Looks like a scam to me.
