STAY AWAY!!
Plenty of better services available. They were late picking us up (arrival 10 minutes after we already had our bags; 30 minutes past pick-up time) and didn’t provide the additional services we paid for (which was also why we chose the company in the first place). Upon letting the company know, the only response we received was a partial refund which didn’t even cover the service we did not receive. We just decided to never use the company again instead of fighting them further. Now, we realize this is common practice for this company and a regular complaint. STAY AWAY!!
Not affordable or convenient
The driver had a conversation with another person on speaker phone for the majority of our ride. When we asked about adding a stop, the driver made it seem like the biggest inconvenience. We spoke to the company and they informed us it would be $10 extra for the stop, but they charged us $40 a few days later. Very hard to get a hold of someone on the phone to address this issue.

I will never use this service again
I will never use this service again. Trip was cancelled without notification (no email, text, or phone call). My clients got to the airport without a ride. Very embarrassing to me and upsetting to my clients. Not happy.

Paid extra for meet and greet-didn’t happen! Driver left after 45 minutes waiting.
Would highly recommend never using their service. Go Uber! Save big money and better service.
Terrible follow through with requests
Booking was easy, the people answering the phone were great. The driver was the problem. I booked for my son and his then to be fiance and asked for a meet and greet with their names on a sign. Driver texted and said he would meet at the curb side.....i called and said that i had requested and paid for a meet and greet and the driver was to be at baggage claim with a sign with their names on it. Michelle who answered the phone contacted the driver and he met them at baggage claim WITHOUT the sign. Michelle then said that they would "write up a report" and hopefully give my money back that i paid for the meet and greet

This company is not professional and will not reimburse us for our flight getting canceled due to low visibility in NYC. It’s not our fault your driver was on sight as he was aware of our flight situation. We never told him we were taking off and he was aware of our flight being delayed. If you are a professional ride service company you would do the right thing and refund our money. Do not trust this company for your travel plans.

LuxyRide has removed travel-anxiety for me. The drivers I have had were on time, professional and courteous. The vehicles I have been in were luxurious and most importantly, clean. For COVID safety, each driver wore a mask. I am relieved to have found an affordable auto service to take me to and from the airport.

We used Luxy for our latest trip the ride to the airport was fantastic the ride home from the airport they sent two small of a vehicle and we had to call someone to bring my wife home and they wouldn’t even return my call or even apologize for the amount of money they charge there should be better customer service just use Luxy again October 22 rides both ways were amazing great communication I increased their rating to five star

Easy to set up online. When we landed at JFK , a message was waiting for us from our driver, We contacted him once we had our luggage and he picked us up within 5 minutes. The SUV was clean and comfortable and the ride to our home in CT was very good.
Never again would I even think of using this company
I booked their service for airport pickup to take me an hour away to destination. Felt secure and confident that I didn’t have to land at 5am in a new place and try to find an Uber. The day before my trip I received an email cancellation. No call. Just cancelled notification. I called and the customer service rep who answered stated” y’a I had to cancel that because I have no drivers due to a race we have on town.” I stated a phone call would have been appreciated as I don’t check my emails as often as I answer a call. This left me in the lurch and I scrambled trying to find another car service.
I was then charged 211.00 on my credit card. Disputed it with my cc company and they disputed my dispute (brain breaks here) really? So now I’m stuck wasting time and energy trying to get my 211.00 back for a service I never even had.
Their branded website and online presentation of offering 24 hour availability has me feeling like a def bait and switch. Once they bait you - you’re going to bed disappointed in the end for sure .
I’m not even one who writes reviews but this company has cost me 6 hours of my time so far for nothing. -negative stars for customer service
Terrible Experience
Terrible company policy, never use these unhelpful people.
I was charged $298 US for a ride that was never taken!
My flight was cancelled due to weather at LaGuardia NY well in advance(4hrs) of a driver waiting for us at the airport. The driver actually called me to let us know our flight had been cancelled before we were to board the plane. After the airline rescheduled us I tried to rebook but they could not accommodate as they had no drivers.
Wonder if the driver was compensated or they just kept all my money???
Will tell every business associate and friend to never use this company.
Absolutely the WORST company out there…
Absolutely the WORST company out there for ride share! Was presented a cancellation policy which should have resulted in a credit to my account, as I was outside of refund timeframe. When calling to use this credit they said they would not honor it.
Ontop of this, a previous ride resulted in me having to tell the driver to slow down on more than one occassion. He was doing 85 mph in a 70 zone with me and my child.
Horrible company - will be persuing a chargeback on my credit card and NEVER recommend them.
