Then I called the driver who said nothing other than that he would notify the company. Then I got a call from dispatch saying that they were putting me down as a no show, canceling the ride & charging me. No concern or offer to even attempt to find me another driver. Class act LUXY! Never again.

We've used LUXY for more than two dozen rides across the country, and they have become our go-to transportation service for airport travel.
We first started using LUXY after experiencing two separate situations where scheduled rideshare drivers failed to show up for very early morning airport trips. Missing a flight is not an option, so we decided to look for a more dependable solution.
While LUXY is more expensive than a typical rideshare service, the peace of mind is absolutely worth it. Every ride has been professionally handled, drivers have been punctual, communication has been excellent, and the vehicles have been clean and comfortable.
The biggest difference is reliability. When you book a ride with LUXY, you can feel confident that someone will be there when promised. For important trips, especially airport transportation, that confidence is invaluable.
We can confidently recommend LUXY to anyone looking for dependable, professional transportation.

They were right on time both rides to and from the airport. Car was beautifully maintained and driver really pleasant. I would use them again in a heartbeat
Poor quality
Driver not where he was supposed to be and kept us waiting for him. Not what you want when you’ve been up for twenty hours and just want to get home. After he showed up, we confronted and asked why. He got very defensive and said he wasn’t going to drive us since we “disrespected “ him. He was right, I don’t have respect for someone who can’t do their job. Ended up in a taxi.
Excellent professional service
Easy to book, immediate confirmation. Excellent communication with my driver for each trip, with confirmation numbers. Cars clean nice new comfortable, luxurious, we had Lincoln one way Cadillac returning. Price reasonable. Drivers very professional!
Poor customer service
I arranged for 2 cars for our party of 7 for pickup in Atlanta. There were 4 seniors with 2 of them in wheelchairs. The first car arrived 20 minutes early. The second had a flat and was told the replacement will arrive in 30 minutes. The first car gave us the pickup location of LN2. All 7 of us made our way to LN2. The 3 of our party left and the 4-seniors waited for the 2nd car. Received a call from that driver stating he’s at LS2 and that we need to go to him. Tried explaining where we’re and advised that we could not go to him. That driver refused to pick us up at LN2 location. He kept telling me that he was not allowed to be at our location, while the first car made it the with no problem. I observed other car services at LN2 to pick up with no problems. Over an hour later and multiple phone calls with the service desk, the driver went to a parking garage, one level up and across 6 lanes of a service road. Refused to get any closer. A Good Samaritan assisted everyone across the parking garage. Was on the phone with the owner and all he said was sorry for the inconvenience and offered a $30 coupon. We missed our granddaughter’s rehearsal dinner which we are unable to get that experience back.
Customer service was a big fat zero. Disregard the safety of the customer. Poor business management. Will not use this service again. Requested a refund on the second car. Was told that this will be investigated and will call me directly to resolve this issue. Never received a call.

Based on my direct experience, LuxyRide operates as a parasitic intermediary rather than a legitimate transportation provider. It owns no vehicles, fleet, or transportation infrastructure, yet profits by positioning itself between clients and licensed—and at times unlicensed—drivers who shoulder all operational costs, risks, and liabilities.
Like a cuckoo bird exploiting another’s nest, LuxyRide has built its business entirely on the vehicles, licenses, insurance, and labor of professional chauffeurs and limo companies while refusing to invest in infrastructure of its own. It functions purely as a broker, monetizing access to drivers while avoiding responsibility for fair compensation and working conditions.
Most troubling, LuxyRide systematically diverts driver tips through a so-called “betting” or pricing system, leaving drivers with no gratuities while misleading passengers into believing tips go directly to chauffeurs. Despite charging premium “luxury” rates, LuxyRide pays drivers peanuts, creating a deceptive gap between what customers pay and what drivers receive.
Drivers who request compensation for legitimate services—such as meet-and-greet, wait time, or child seats—are often penalized, restricted, or removed from trip eligibility, fostering a culture of intimidation and silence.
In my professional judgment, LuxyRide’s practices are predatory, misleading, and deeply harmful to the chauffeured transportation industry. I strongly urge drivers, limo operators, and passengers to reconsider supporting a platform that profits by systematically underpaying drivers and misrepresenting compensation, rather than operating with fairness, transparency, and accountability.

I’ve used Luxy for many years and have never been disappointed. The drivers have always been very professional, courteous, polite and ALWAYS on time. It is important to start a trip in a good frame of mind especially in a hassle free ride to the airport or wherever. Luxy should be your first and only choice.

Luxy has completely lost my trust, and I will never use their service again. Back in March, I had a terrible ride with a driver named Hormoz. He was rude, argumentative, and actually tried to blame me for traffic delays, saying, “Well I was early at your house,” as if that somehow justified his behavior. At drop-off, after I politely said thank you, he didn’t even acknowledge me — not a word. Just silence. It was an incredibly uncomfortable ride.
I left a review detailing this poor experience and even requested not to be booked with this driver again. Luxy didn’t respond, didn’t follow up — nothing.
Flash forward to today. I check the app the night before my trip, and who do I see as my driver? Hormoz. I immediately called Luxy 24 hours in advance to tell them again — I do not feel safe riding with this man. They told me it was taken care of and someone else would be assigned.
I wake up this morning to an alert: “Your driver Hormoz is on the way.” Are you serious?! I called again and all I got was a half-hearted “sorry.” That’s it. No help, no resolution, no accountability.
Once again, Hormoz picks us up and doesn’t say a single word. Not hello. Not goodbye. The car is freezing and uncomfortable, and the entire ride was incredibly tense.
Luxy’s blatant disregard for customer feedback and, more importantly, rider safety is alarming. This wasn’t a one-off — this was a pattern, a complaint ignored, and a clear signal that they do not care.
To anyone considering Luxy: think twice. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to fix it. You’re on your own.

Booked a 5am pick-up for an early flight. Driver was on time, well dressed, professional, loaded and unloaded our bags for us, drove a nice car that was well kept. Would definitely use again. Worth the extra money for the reliability and luxury. Would use for clients too.
