Ordered a matching set and received it within 3 days so happy with the speedy service. Sizing was a bit off, I'd suggest sizing up especially for bottoms.
I exchanged my bottom and sent a follow up to their service customer care. Received a response same day, happy with service and quality so far

I placed an order on April 8. Order remained on confirmed for a long time. I contacted customer service and asked about the status of my order. I received a response within two hours. Super nice. Normally they deliver within a week (living in the Netherlands). Quality is super good! Love it

My package was shipped out very quickly and arrived in great quality. The clothing is amazing and the people behind Luxe to Kill are so nice!

I sent an item back as the skirt was a little shorter than expected. I had no email to confirm they had received parcel so I emailed them. Since I had no reply I then messaged their Instagram who said they’d investigate 10 business days after the parcel was sent. It had been 10 business days but they claimed it landed on the 18th which is not correct as the proof of return I sent stated it was delivered to them on the 31st March.

I then disputed this in PayPal because I was worried that I wasn’t going to get my money back. I sent over proof of return which was also tracked, so it was clear the parcel had been delivered however they still claim I haven’t returned it and are refusing to give me my money back! The item was not cheap and I’m still hoping I can get money back. They were being incredible blunt on PayPal as well, very poor customer service and won’t be shopping again and recommend others avoid too. Wish I had read the review prior to my purchase as others seem to have the same issue.
