The items are of great quality and looks exactly like the pictures! I received the wrong item, but Anais quickly helped to resolve the issue and sent the item I had initially ordered before it went out of stock again. This company tried to flag my review as “not genuine” when it is very much genuine. They try to take down the bad reviews to make them seem so good. But the customer service is disgusting as well as the quality of their pants.

Great quality trousers but they come quite small so I would size up next time. After accidentally requesting an exchange, I sent an email to request to change it to a return, they got back to me with in a few hours and amended this for me, very helpful!

Even if I couldn't pick up my package.. luxe to kill was so kind to answer all my questions about my refund.

Great customer service, i order the wrong size. i needed a 10 us but received a 8us. i had to return the smaller size. I would have given five stars, but only because I had to pay for shipping to return back the item, but other than that the item was great quality, and everyone has been very nice with helping me to return the one that was too small.

Quick response and actioned my problem with no trouble

Firstly I ordered a few items in different sizes and how my parcel arrived was shocking! The packaging came ripped and completely undone. My details were on the invoice which could have been lost with it being open and also items could have fallen out. I don’t know who’s at fault, whether it was the company or Royal Mail, but what I will say is that I thought the parcel was way over filled and so that probably didn’t help at all.
Secondly when I was trying on an item, a label from a lingerie company fell out on the floor and so this item was clearly not checked after being returned from another customer.
Finally I emailed the company to express my disappointment and I was told it would be looked into and they will get back to me. However 3 emails later and 2 times of being told it will be looked into and still haven’t heard anything about it. I first emailed on the 19th april and it’s now 3 weeks later.
Definitely wouldn’t order from them again if this is the standard of customer service.

First of all Luxetokill has amazing clothing! I made a purchase with the wrong address and caught it right away. I emailed them and they responded super quickly and fixed my address! No additional fees or return either after it had already been shipped. Thank you so much! I’ll be purchasing more<3
