I received my first order and the underwear was too large. I contacted customer services and they promptly got back to me to offer me a free replacement in a smaller size. I can't fault the customer service and look forward to trying out the smaller size.

First time user, I was skeptical at first but I am absolutely pleased I went for it. I have quite a heavy cycle and didn’t think it would work, but after using Loeah (originally called Luna), I can say there are no issues, it didn’t feel like I was wearing a pad for hours, I was very comfortable. The hipster is a winner for me in terms of fit and comfort, and if you want something a little tighter as some other pants have a different fit on the waist band. Customer service is 10/10. Delivery takes a while but their timeframes are stated on their website so I knew what to expect. And the wait was worth it!
The packaging was beautiful, the pants are incredibly soft, and the quality is lovely. The customer service has been outstanding too. They’ve been so helpful, supportive and lovely throughout, which has made the whole experience even better.

I bought two pairs of briefs in XL and i found they were very big for me (I’m a size 12). I contacted Leoah to explain and they very helpfully are exchanging to a better side. Customer Service is brilliant and for the first pair you buy they offer a fit guarantee to exchange for a better size,.

AVOID
Unfortunately the Instagram ads convinced me to order from Loeah and it’s fair to say that I’m not impressed. They have a policy that states you cannot return once the seal on the package has been opened, but you cannot access the product without breaking the seal! A simple hygiene label would suffice, I’m sure. Now I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t fit and considering the amount of time it took to arrive, I cannot be bothered to even go through with an exchange.
Will stick to other brands.

Excellent customer service, purchased the wrong size for a family member and they are exchanging them for the correct size, no questions asked. I didn't expect this at all, you read these things but it's not normally that simple. Would deffo use again.

Not bad, but not the best
I got some things in their buy 1 get 1 free sale for rebranding. While the styles are comfy and generally they seem decent company, the underwear is ranked number 3 out of the 3 brands I’ve bought period underwear from. The front of the absorbent pads aren't high enough and eventually after a few hours the side seam did start to rub a bit. Glad I got the swimwear but the pads in the bikini top isn’t removable and because of that the top doesn’t sit as well.
The order process and delivery etc was decent.
