My daughter has sensory needs and it can be tricky finding underwear that she finds comfortable, so I chose to buy from Loeah as they have a fit guarantee. Of the 2 different styles I bought her, she preferred the style & fit of 1 style. I contacted their customer service team who were amazing (and quick!) at helping me to organise replacements for the pairs we didn’t want. I only had to pay a relatively small fee for the new pairs being sent out, which I thought was great. The period underwear themselves are fab and I’m glad I’ve been able to find a pair that work well, and a brand that I can continue buying from.

I absolutely love my Luna (Now Loeah) period pants! Not only do they work so much better than the cheap brands, they're much more comfortable and soft. I feel so safe and secure in them!

I love my Loeahs! They fit really well and they’re comfortable and stylish. I’ve had one instance of leakage in two months (on the heaviest day with the grey boxer shorts) but no issues other than that. Would absolutely recommend and I will be buying more!

Comfort and Confidence
I have tried other leakproof pants but these are SO much better. Comfortable, easy to wear , easy to wash and above all they give me confidence when wearing them. Excellent quality and well worth the money. I wish I had discovered them sooner ! Life has become so much better with Loeah 😀

Ordered from Luna to find it then changed to a new brand -ordered 3 weeks ago and items are lost in transit , we go abroad on holiday in a few days and I needed them for my kids before we went. No way to request a refund on items which haven’t even made it into the country . Ordered from Luna thinking they were a uk brand however have found all shipped from china. Avoid

Thank you for sharing your concerns, and we're sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived in time for your holiday. We completely understand why seeing that your order is being shipped from China raised questions, so we'd like to explain how we work.
We're an international company, and our underwear is manufactured in China, as is the case for much of the period underwear available today. Rather than shipping our stock to warehouses in different countries, storing it again and then sending each order on to the customer, we store our stock directly next to our factory. This allows us to ship orders straight to our customers without an extra warehouse or transport step in between. We've deliberately chosen this way of working to reduce unnecessary transport and keep the environmental footprint of our distribution as low as possible.
The trade off is that our delivery times are a little longer. That's why our order processing, shipping and delivery times are clearly stated on our webshop before ordering. We understand this may not be the preferred option for everyone, but it's a conscious choice we've made in how we organise our supply chain.

I have quite a few pairs of the seamless hipster pants and some seamless thongs too. They’re really comfortable underwear for every day wear on your periods, spotting days, sleeping, great for the gym too as no VPL. Also great for long days out away from home and festivals, as you don’t have to worry about changing constantly. They really do last the day. They’re discreet and feel like a normal pair of underwear with a slightly thicker gusset. I’ve tried other brands previously but these have been the most comfortable. I have adenomyosis and an irregular cycle so these period pants have been an absolute life saver!

I feel safe when wearing the.
I feel safe when wearing my knickers. I originally bought my usual size but they were a bit big and the underneath is very wide so it bunches up and is a bit uncomfortable. I purchased a smaller size and they fit very well.

Find them comfortable
Find them comfortable, don’t leak , handy to have separate pad to add if needed for long journey. My only issue I have is getting them dry especially now not often able to air dry because of weather. Even after 3 days they still feel slightly damp on putting on . Is there any remedy for this as you state cannot be put in dryer .

Drying can definitely take a bit longer in the colder months. A few tips that can really help:
After washing, gently roll them up in a dry towel and press to soak up some of the extra moisture. Then hang them inside out with the gusset facing outwards, so the absorbent layer gets as much air as possible. A warm, well ventilated room works best, for example near a radiator or on a drying rack in a heated space, just not directly on the heat source itself. If you have a dehumidifier, drying them in the same room can also speed things up a lot.
We hope this helps keep them fresh and ready to wear!

Do not waste your money
I bought into Luna (now Loeah) and their marketing story, genuinely believing they were a credible brand offering something different. Unfortunately, a few months later, I bought period thongs on SHEIN and was shocked to find they were exactly the same as the ones I had bought from Luna/Loeah.
The only real difference? The price. You can get 3 pairs on SHEIN for around £12, instead of paying a premium for what appears to be the exact same product (that took almost 2 weeks to arrive as shipped from China!!).
I honestly regret spending my money on this brand. I expected better and feel completely misled by the branding and marketing.
Save your money and compare alternatives before buying. I certainly wouldn’t purchase from them again.

We produce our own menstrual underwear in a factory we've been working with for a long time. We choose the materials ourselves, check the production processes and make sure our products meet the right certifications. Producing in China absolutely doesn't mean lower quality. Most brands produce there, precisely because that's where the best technology, materials and expertise for menstrual underwear can be found. By keeping everything in one location, we also cut down on transport in between and can work more sustainably.
It's true that you can find cheap lookalikes on sites like SHEIN or AliExpress these days. With imitations like these, though, there's no way of knowing which materials have been used, what the quality is like, or whether they're free from harmful chemicals. That's exactly the difference we stand for.

Soft seam free incontinence pants are like a second skin
I ordered the seam free incontinence pants in beige. They are very soft and only after a few wears they became like a second skin. It did not take long for me to feel confident that they do not leak.
The customer service is really good and the people there are really friendly, nothing is too much trouble.
The only downside is the delivery time which does take a few weeks, however, the wait is worth it!

Soft comfortable brief - does the job.
It took a few purchases to decide which style was best for me. Now I am really happy with the seamless brief style and I now have got quite a few. They are very soft and comfortable. I feel perfectly comfortable when out and about wearing them.

I was quite sceptical before ordering as my daughter and I have tried period knickers before with varying success.
I was reassured to see the size guarantee as I was unsure which size we would need.
I needn’t have had any concerns. The underwear fits great, works and doesn’t feel bulky or make any noise. We are very happy with them and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Poor quality
I ordered 7 pairs; all arrived in the same sealed bag with a warning that breaking the seal would render returns impossible. I understand that underwear is a hygiene product, and I would have been prepared to take a risk on a single pair, but since all were sealed in a single pack, I couldn't return any of them even though I'd only tried on one.
In spite of having ordered the most absorbent style, I had leaks over the sides of the gusset.
After first wash, the adhesive on the unstitched seams completely came apart. Admittedly I washed on warm rather than following the instructions to wash cold (I'd argue a design flaw: hygiene products really should be washed hot). But I own several other brands of period underwear, which I've worn and washed on my machine's hygiene plus cycle for years without issue.
I'm very disappointed in having spent such a lot of money on what is now a pile of rags.

Confusing but reasonable
I really don’t understand how two pairs ordered from the same advert, just different colours can arrive as different sizes ( but both labelled the same) and in two different materials, but here we are… 🤷♀️ she likes them both ( even though the larger pair leaked - not totally unexpected given the size discrepancy) I also didn’t notice that they come from China rather than the UK, and as the company like to say to people - it does say on the website (you just have to go digging for it, it’s not obvious at all. ( again, my fault for assuming the UK email and address meant they’d come from the UK)
Overall she likes them - the cotton pair are very comfortable. The larger pair are bamboo ( which I’d have thought she’d prefer, but apparently not!) which is why I don’t understand the difference - all I changed when I ordered both was the colour 😆
