Scam.
Had to spend 99 cents to even see what they were about. When I went to the app and saw how ridiculous it was, I canceled immediately within minutes. They then charged me $49 which my bank declined. When I asked customer service they said I signed up for a subscription which I definitely did NOT. This is how they make money, they trick users into seeing what they are about and sign them up for a subscription of no value. Never did my profile never spoke to a stylist and never used their service. Beware.

I’m being charged for a product I’ve never received I did a survey and put in my info and then cancelled and y’all continue to charge my card how do you do that if I cancelled

I would agree with all the reviews above. They charged me .99 for a stylist review and keep trying to charge my credit card for 49.99. I have had to cancel my credit card. This is a scam. I too would rate a 0 if that was a choice.

I would rate a 0 if I could. Complete rip off. Do not use this company. Learn from me. I got nothing. They want you to talk to a stylist but you can’t. I reached out with a message and didn’t get an answer to why I didn’t receive anything. I got a canned response. I cancelled me credit card because their app doesn’t allow you to remove your card. Not a trust worthy company. Again I got charged and received nothing.

I have experienced the same been charged and not had any products. looked for a contact and nothing and my bank are not helpful so looks like I have lost my money.

There was a charge of $49.99 on debit card. This company based in Nicosia, CY with whom I have never done business, have not heard of the company, and absolutely never authorized this expenditure. Thank goodness, it was caught by my bank. Debit card destroyed.

Total scam, sucks one in with a “free” style report that is $.99. Backed out at this point. Still charged the $.99 and now getting $49.99 charges. No product, no report & no way to contact. Tried emailing to no avail. Still trying to fight the $49.99 charges.

I signed up for a $5.00 sample with this company. It turned into charging me about $50.00 for a new product. I sent an email and canceled the account. I told them in the email they can't charge you I only wanted to sample. Please cancel my account. Well and they still charged me for the product after I cancelled.

Somehow this company was able to charge me again this month, after I canceled and the debt number had been canceled.

I will send one more email to cancel. Please go away!

Total scam. Canceled before finishing up the payment. Now I have been hit with 3 charges in one month and they keep changing the amounts. First it was .99 cents then went up to 39.99$ but they have hit me for 79.99$. When I canceled right away when a friend said she tried it and got scammed!! I still haven't received my money back yet!!

Surprise charges could occur. Company name is vague
If this is the same company of website Agelessbox.com, but named Evertech Inc. on legal agreements, and bills as "SG.*lumi.ageless.fyi Nicosia 00000 CY"... it may include surprise charges. Will tease you out of .99 for a 'style evaluation report' to gather your credit card info, then attempt to bill a much larger sum a day later without a warning. This was before ever receiving a style evaluation report... the surprise charge hit the day after the .99 was collected.
