Wish I had seen these other reviews. Like others I thought I signed up for a one time charge. They are a fraudulent company and I would NEVER recommend. Too bad we can't rate 0 stars. Clearly they keep finding people like me to keep them in business.

I wanted to try out this app but soon realised it wasn't for me and tried to cancel my subscription. 2 months later, they are still charging me - and it is expensive!!

The quality is very disappointing for the price.
It caused mild irritation to the skin.

Total scam. Have emailed and canceled subscription that I didn’t approve but continue to be billed. Once they have your card details it’s impossible to stop it unless cancelling your card

Warning, this site is a total scam. I normally am very cautious about on line shopping but got interested on fb ad that looked legit. DO NOT GIVE CC INFO, DO NOT SIGN UP. THEY CHARGED ME $100 AND REFUSED A REFUNF

My poor choice! Failed to do my due diligence research. Scammed me for $100 before I could get my account terminated. Sincerely hoping I won't get billed again!!! If I could award a negative number, I would -- like a minus10!

This website is a complete scam.

I cancelled my subscription several months ago, yet I was charged again without my authorization. This is unacceptable and fraudulent behavior.

I demand an immediate refund of the full amount charged. If this issue is not resolved at once, I will proceed with a formal complaint to my bank and report this incident as unauthorized charges.

Total rip off, they charged my card before the subscription date, i still had two days left so I can cancel. Nothing is worth the money in this app. You pay for only subscription and than you have to pay for everything else.

They have an obscure name that pops up on your bank statement and they keep deducting monthly payments. $80AUD/month! Hopefully, thw refund process will be straightforward and I can update my review.

TERRIBLE experience - a complete and total scam - impossible to get the transactions to stop so I am cancelling my credit card and dealing with the nightmare that that causes

I paid for a full year upfront and the process was extremely difficult and you are supposed to get one outfit per month and I have received nothing. In addition, they have been billing me $49.99 every month since.

They keep charging me every month when I only gave them permission once to take a test for a smallish amount. The site itself is a joke and designed to confuse you and get you to pay even more money for "additional" services.

Convoluted return policy exposed minutes after sign up. Immediately requested cancellation and refund, promptly denied. The WORST customer service. Attempt by LUMI to disallow the refund request of ‘economic situation’ is inane. DO NOT SIGN UP. A scam.

Getting a recurring charge on bank account for something I discontinued 2 months ago. Will be reporting them to the fraud department of my bank.

I was billed $55 for absolutely nothing. I signed for a trial and the process was so convoluted and complicated, I requested a refund until I had more time to review their policies. Here what I was told:

“Regarding your refund request for the $29.95 Stylebook purchase, I appreciate your transparency. However, according to our money-back policy, refunds are not available due to personal or financial reasons. Our policy is designed to be clear and consistent for all users, and unfortunately it does not extend to situations where the product was purchased but you decided not to utilize it.”

Then I looked on PayPal and the charged me another $25 for what, I am not sure.

Very unethical in my view, especially since I never received 1 item from this company and the style suggestions were awful compared to stichfix and others I have tried.

I keep getting billed from something called titlemyagelessfyi . I don’t have a Lumi account. That’s the only thing I can find online that’s associated with this billing charge. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one to get it to stop. There’s no way to get in contact with anyone

I received a text from my credit card this morning about a charge of $49.99 from ageless.fyi and they wanted to know if I had approved this charge. Looking over my statement, they charged me on 7/21 $29.95, and on July 26th, they charged $39.99, and a second charge on 7/26 of $19.99. I did not authorize these charges. They charged me a total of $139.92. I have disputed all charges. It looks like some people are saying it was an ap on Apple. I have looked over my Apple Subscriptions and do not show a subscription to them.
