I wish you could give a 0 star review. Mine reads like everyone else's. I started to go through the registration, never completed it -- in fact bailed after entering my CC number but BEFORE I submitted. Never received anything from them -- not a welcome email (as customer service said I "should have" received), NOTHING -- except charges to my credit card.

Lesson learned by me -- I have paid for 4 months because life was so crazy I didn't review my cc statements. Out 200.00 for NOTHING -- and to top it off they bill themselves as "EDUCATION"! Well -- I guess I got one in unethical business practices.

I’m mirroring the past 20 reviews on here. All negative. They keep taking and trying to take money from my Venmo. As soon as I get money, they take it.

As a couple ladies say, they never finished filling out the form and they were charged.

So frustrating!

This company are taking $49 a fortnight out of my credit account without my authorisation. I have tried to find them all over the internet and there is no way to contact them. My bank is now investigating and have cancelled my credit card. Don’t waste your time looking for them. Report it straight to the bank as soon as you see them debit your account.

I never even finished filling out the survey and I really don’t remember giving my cc number but I guess I did since they just charged my card. I can not find any way to contact them to cancel and I’m afraid I will have to cancel my cc which will be a nightmare. Has anyone been able to stop the payments from being taken out of your account?

Apparently I filled out a form to get more info months ago and now they are charging me. Scam. Do not fill out anything. Had to get a new card.

-1 rating if I could. I was reviewing what the subscription was all about. I never completed for an account and yet their were charges on my credit card. I never received any information to my email or phone calls and yet for 2 months I had charges.
Word to the wise "Don't get caught up in this scam"

Absolutely horrible!!! They keep making mistakes. Customer service is awful. To date I have not received a stitch of clothing but they keep charging my credit card. STAY AWAY!!!!

This is an awful company! I don’t know how I ever signed up for it, but I’ve been trying to cancel for 5 months. They take out money every month and I can’t get them to stop! Don’t go with them! They are a trap.

I have been charged for months for this subscription I cancelled in January before the 7 day free trial was over. Horrible customer service charging for service not even provided - very much a scam company please do not think about joining subscribing anything from Lumi Ageless -

I ordered a fashion consult on March 9, 2024 and paid $18.99. Never had the consultation. Then they charged me $59.99 on April 7, 2024. I was unaware that I was going to be charged for ongoing consultations. If I had, I would certainly have canceled in a timely way. When I called the company for a refund I received an email saying that their terms and conditions were no refunds allowed for late cancellations. And that the promotion did indicate ongoing charges. If that is the case it was well hidden in the facebook page. This kind of advertising should be stopped. They cheat people and I will never buy from facebook advertising again.

Somehow, an account with wrong email, the wrong credit card, no phone, no address was setup. I was charged 2 times for $29.99 but it was not the credit card they have on the account.

I immediately contacted the company 2 times within the 14 -day window in April. Nothing done. I contacted them again today when I was charged another $29.99. There response..... I do not meet the requirements for any money back. Ridiculous.

Where are the leaders of this company??? Your need to step up and get better customer service in place. I was still considering the service but not now. You lost a customer for $66. Per the reviews, looks like you have a major customer service - reputation issue to resolve.

I ordered some face creme called ELIXIR VIE SKIN.this was a trial for 14.99 and have now been charged 59.99 twice!! There's no way to reach them,my bank continues to pay the 59.99 for the last 2 months!! Alls I've received was the little sample container.like OMG!!

Total scam - getting nailed with $59.99 charges to my card - have reported to Washington State Department of Commerce, anyone interested in seeing if we can get a class action lawsuit put together? I have emailed them 30 times - there is no information on their Corporate Headquarters or Parent Company listed on the website (Evertech, United States. DO NOT FILL OUT THE SURVEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY
