I was presented with very good deal on tickets. Kulbir went above and beyond to reserve the tickets. Only downside is that I was charged about $20 agent fees for each reservation apart from ticket.

Jaspreet help me with the booking and…
Jaspreet help me with the booking and she is absolutely the best when it comes to customer service. Promptly found me the best airfares and was able to send me an email for me to review the itinerary. Since the ticket was wait listed she promptly continued to update me and let me know when the ticket was ready to be issued.
The only thing Lowfare travel can improve is the payment authorization form, which can be done electronically or PayPal without filling a paper copy and faxing/emailing back.
