Purchased Houston flight June 14 for Sept. 4 through Flight to Joy MD. The ticket was cancelled without notice. The airline confirmed the cancellation. Despite repeated calls, the agent never provided a valid ticket or resolution. Agent was rude, tried to gaslight me and don’t trust they will issue a refund either. They’re a fraud company.
