Had problem with flying home after medical treatment. Asked for help getting a rental car reservation. Agent could not understand the difference between a taxi and a rental car. Told me the company would not let me travel with a rental car. Cost me 2 days away from home. Still could not fly 2 days later. Finally got a rental car booked. Then, original agent called up and wanted to lecture me on making bad requests. Explained how they were confused and said I wanted to speak to a manager. Still haven't heard from a manager. This is inexcusable.

Sanjay is very prompt and got us the tickets very fast without any hitch and went out of his way to get our seats and coordinate all our tickets to India.
