The experience at Sutton Dental Clinic was amazing. Dr Sam offered an appointment when I was desperate to fix my front vaneera . He was so professional and helpful. Hardly remembered.

We visited the children’s clinic yesterday. Dr Temi was incredibly patient and reassuring for my 8 yo daughter who has problems with her teeth after antibiotic use in infancy which causes her a lot of anxiety. Dr Temi was equally helpful holding my 13 yo toothbrush- dodging daughter to account and helped reiterate the message I’ve been giving her that she needs to look after her teeth. I raised some concerns about our visit (not about the dentist) afterwards and they were dealt with swiftly and appropriately by management.

This is the second time Dr Dina Anchassi attended Millies House Nursery and Preschool, during our oral health week. She was so engaging and kept a group of preschoolers inspired.
We at Millies House are very grateful for her giving up her time to educate our children om the importance of caring for our teeth.

My child was welcomed as an emergency dental appointment and before coming they were very helpful and caring and was able to offer an appointment within an hour or two and we are very thankful for Sathyam and his fabulous team for helping my son and they all were amazing at making him feel at ease as he was very anxious and he was able to see friendly faces and lots of games on offer and a lovely welcoming atmosphere and environment and they even managed to completely relieve him of his pain and suffering and had a lot of patience and showed my child kindness and talked to my child and father and they felt at ease and honestly just a great team! Thank you my child is happy and we are very grateful!! Thank you so very much, it’s greatly appreciated very much!

I managed to secure a last-minute emergency booking at the Sutton location on a Saturday morning. The entire staff was incredible, with a special shout-out to Dr. Caroline Daoud for her compassion, insight, and precise diagnosis and treatment. For anyone in Sutton seeking top-notch dental care, this is the place to go.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for providing such a wonderful experience. As someone who gets anxious easily as a patient, I felt truly cared for and appreciated their excellent attention.

The staff and Dr Caroline are generally pleasant and easy to deal with, which makes this experience more disappointing.

My issue is not with the care itself, but with ongoing confusion and inconsistency around charges. At an open day, a full treatment plan was discussed and agreed, including Invisalign, bonding, teeth whitening, hygienist appointments and wires. All of this was listed on a form with a total price. I accepted the plan, paid a deposit and financed the remaining balance without questioning the cost. I even paid off the finance early so it should all be settled.

Despite this, to my surprise I was asked to pay £75 at my very first appointment, which was unexpected. Additionally, the £50 paid for the open day was supposed to be refunded but never was.

I also paid separately for replacement fillings, which I understood were not part of the package but something I requested mid treatment.

Now, that I have reached the end of treatment, I am being asked to pay a further £800 for bonding, plus additional costs for the hygienist and wires that were included in the original treatment plan.

This raises a genuine concern about the purpose of agreeing to and paying for a package treatment plan if the stated costs are not ultimately honoured. Clear pricing and transparency are essential, and unfortunately that has not been my experience here.

I’ve had an absolutely incredible orthodontic and cosmetic experience at Love Teeth New Malden. Over the past 11 months, Dr Parth and the entire team have been fantastic. I’ve seen drastic improvements in my teeth that wouldn’t have been possible without their high level of skill, personalised treatment plans, and genuine care throughout the process. From start to finish, I felt reassured, supported, and well looked after. The team are incredibly friendly, and the consistent check-ups and advice made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free. My Invisalign, composite bonding, and whitening treatments were all thorough and expertly carried out, and I love my smile now. Thank you so much to Dr Parth and the team, I couldn’t recommend Love Teeth New Malden more highly.

We’ve been coming to Love Teeth Dental for years now, and honestly, every visit has been amazing. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome and relaxed — it’s got that calm, friendly vibe that instantly puts you at ease. The team really do treat you like a VIP every time.

The clinics are spotless and beautifully designed, and the dentists are so knowledgeable and professional. I’ve never once felt like they’re trying to push unnecessary treatments or extra appointments — they genuinely care about doing what’s best for you.

My husband and both of our children have had Invisalign here, and the results are incredible! My husband had a small gap and a slightly rotated tooth, and the invisible brace system completely corrected it. He loved that it was discreet and comfortable, and he never felt self-conscious wearing them — even as an adult. Our kids’ teeth are now absolutely perfect too, and they’re so proud of their new smiles!

The children’s clinic is brilliant — it’s styled especially for kids, with toys and a gaming area, so they actually look forward to their appointments. It feels more like a treat than a trip to the dentist, which is saying something!

I’ve had both dental work and hygienist appointments here myself, and the standard of care has always been fantastic. My fillings are still going strong after more than 10 years, and the hygienist keeps my teeth gleaming while giving me great tips on looking after them.

I can’t recommend Love Teeth Dental enough — it’s the only place I’d trust for my family’s dental care. Every visit just reinforces why we keep coming back.

The whole team were amazing, but special mention to Dr Caroline Daoud who was caring, understanding and was able to diagnose the issue and prescribe accordingly.

Having visited most of the the Love Teeth sites, I'm happy to say that each has been a pleasant experience. The staff are always wonderful, very helpful and always welcoming. The range of services offered at each site is also great! I would highly recommend them.

I love this dentist, i wouldn't trust anyone else! I have always had a slight dental phobia but with love teeth they make me feel so at ease its far less of a worry. Huge thanks to Charlotte on the reception team for making me feel so welcomed and calms my nerves every time I visit with just friendly conversation.

Love teeth chessington is a clean, immaculate practice that clearly puts the needs of their patients first. I’ve been treated with kindness and care on each of my visits, very grateful to the team!

Rip off

I paid £85 for a dental hygienist appointment that clearly included both cleaning and polishing. The hygienist finished surprisingly quickly and skipped the polishing entirely. When I asked about it, she responded with “oh, but healing will take long”—but that should have been my decision to make, after being informed of the pros and cons.

I had to insist on receiving the polishing I had paid for. Even then, she only polished the top two front teeth and told me the appointment was complete. As someone in the medical profession myself, I found the lack of communication, consent, and thoroughness deeply disappointing.

I won’t be returning and absolutely would not recommend this clinic based on my experience

I first visited Love Teeth Dental in January after being recommended by a friend. My bridge had fallen out and I needed it replacing. I had a consultation with Ilana whom was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable.
After months of preparation an appointments for temporary bridges I had my permanent six tooth bridge yesterday, I am over the moon with them and I have the best smile I have ever had.
All the staff are amazing, the reception staff make you feel so welcome too. So all in all it’s a 10-10 for me x

Received dental work on my top set teeth. Maddy & Kayla really kind and helpful, this includes the rest of the front desk team. Sam done brilliant job on my teeth. Overall brilliant team at Sutton and great firm.
