Hi there,
We're so sorry to hear that you've been receiving too many emails and can understand the frustration this would cause.
If you would like to unsubscribe from our promotional emails, you can do this by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any of these emails. It will take 72 hours for this to take effect so you might receive emails from us in the meantime.
If you cannot see this option or the unsubscribe button has not worked, it may be that these emails are not promotional but are linked to a recent order and cannot be unsubscribed from. These are emails like your confirmation and dispatch email, a request to review your items and request to review our service on Trustpilot like you've received.
If you've continued to receive promotional emails after the 72 hours from unsubscribing from them please do reach out to us directly so we can look into this further for you.
Kind regards,
Lovehoney Customer Care

Product was dead on arrival - pestered for review
Product was dead on arrival and return policy for "opened items" does not lend well to this issue. I've been asked for a review twice regardless of pending return.

Purchased a Svakom Klitty
Purchased a Svakom Klitty, received it, no light would come on nor would it turn on, I was sent a replacement and the exact same thing happened. I have googled and googled and tried travel lock release etc with no luck, both clearly faulty.
However, partner and I had one before we seperated and the actual product itself is fantastic!
