Quality outstanding. Prices amazing!
This online store is by far one of the best. Lingerie is great quality and the prices are great even at full price but when they are on sale (there is always sale items) you just can’t beat this in value.
I’ve shopped her multiple times and will continue to do so.

One of the best shopping experiences…
One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had for adult products. The website was clear and easy to use, the ordering process was smooth, and everything arrived well packaged and discreetly. The products felt high quality and matched my expectations. Overall, very happy with the purchase and would shop here again.

First time buyer
The website was easy to access, with the filter bars making it more accessible to narrow down the products I was looking for plus my price range too. What made it great was each product having extensive descriptions plus videos to show what the individual products looked like outside of their packaging. Even better, Lovehoney’s delivery service did not disappoint! I chose the fastest delivery method and it actually reached me quicker than the expected delivery window, which has never happened to me before. Great products, great service, and great delivery!!!

The product was not as described
The product was not as described, we registered a compliant through the BOT system within 24 hours of the package being delivered. Asking for an immediate return of good/refund as per your policy - that was 2 weeks ago and we have had no contact. Terrible service and below expectation.
We since purchased from ANOTHER SUPPLIER.
