A great range of rugs is available, great delivery even during the Festive season. I'm delighted with my Red Peyton rug. Normally I prefer to view in store first but I purchased online this time and the quality and rich colour are exactly what I was looking for

I went to the physical shop and got helpful advice on the material / construction for the kind of rug I was looking for.

I was then told to order on the website which was super smooth and I even got a discount.

Delivery was quick. The rug is just as I wanted it.

Your company was the only that had a selection of circular RUGS that l liked. The rug was delivered on the day promised although a few hours late. I was pleased to be able to pay for it by credit card on the telephone as l will not pay on line. The rug is just right for my hall and good quality.

Good fast service for a rug that was not in stock.

Great price, but the rug was delayed twice. I understand that it was due to delays beyond their control and they kept me updated, but I can only rate on my experience overall. Took far too long to arrive.

Rug is lush. So thick and just as nice as advertised in the picture. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a rug which I thought was in stock and only after finishing order I noticed that there was a tiny small print on the page that said its out of stick and new stock will be available in 2-3 weeks!

(Who ever is in charge of your website design clearly has no clue about what a good user experience is)

After waiting such a long time I received a email from their delivery partner "DX" stating that the rug will be delivered today and as so I booked a day off from work and waited all day for it to be deliverd. it is now 8pm and nothing.

When I try to get in touch with the delivery company no body picks up the phone and the support overall online is non existent.

Edit: There is absolutely nothing inaccurate about my review and quite frankly I don't appreciate your rude tone in your reply as a customer that gave you their money and has not received their product when you said it should be delivered.

It’s not very professional to call a paying customer a liar and this brings me back to my previous point about your companies disappointing level of care towards your customers.

Edit: Rug arrives, looks great but its the wrong size..
