Great company to deal with. Excellent customer service. Communication was prompt at all time. Carpet estimated arrival date was accurate.
Exact same carpet was £300 more at John Lewis !

Absolutely love Love-Rugs. I am doing up my house and brought 7 rugs so far. Been really pleased with all of them. Lots of choice and some really unusual designs.

Ordered two rugs online, delivered next day by Royal Mail. Very well packaged and exactly as described.
Courtesy email when ordered to ensure I had the correct size which is in my experience unheard of.
Would order from them without reservation…..delighted customer.

Sad to be writing a negative review but nearly 3 weeks on and I still don’t have my rug. Had it delivered to my work address as I’m there most of the week, it took longer than I’d hoped but I chose the free delivery, it arrived. I struggled getting it in the car as it was large and heavy (which is expected) cut the polythene off once home only to discover it was the wrong colour. Called LR the next day and I had someone else’s rug and they had my one. I was to re package the rug and transport it back to my workplace and was to be collected today and replaced with the correct rug. Alas no collection or delivery and it’s now 6.30. Very very disappointing. 3 weeks with no rug and now it’ll be another call tomorrow to try sort it out.
***UPDATE
Spoke with Eddie today to ask why my rug hadn’t been delivered and wrong one uplifted , he took my work number to check with the carrier and call me back but decided to email instead so not able to check emails as I was working I called back to told that he’d lied on Friday and I was never getting the rug “swapped” (I was told the delivery and uplift would be at the same time) in case I kept the rug I was to return. And I was wrong to not give the rug to the carrier to uplift and leave me with neither rug. Very very poor attitude given I didn’t make the mistake. I couldn’t report the wrong delivery as I was on holiday. Being made to feel bad for something I had no control over is awful.

Love Rugs are so helpful! I had to return a rug due to the size not quite working, they were so helpful, and their returns policy is very generous. I have bought many rugs from them and the quality is always brilliant.

I am giving Love Rugs a 5 star review as I found their customer service to be faultless. Despite having initially received someone else’s rug (we all make mistakes) Eddie in Customer Service was extremely professional, communicative and overall really helpful.
Love Rug’s choice of rugs is extensive and the website easy to navigate. I’ll certainly be recommending them to my friends and family and I’ll definitely shop with Love Rugs again, despite the bumpy start!
