Horrible company. I paid for an order through Amazon pay. After weeks of waiting for the order, I contacted the company. They repeatedly told me they had no record of my order and told me to dispute the charge with my bank. I did so, and then they came back to the bank and said they had sent me the order, which they never did. Then I reached out to their company AGAIN, asking why they were disputing my fraud claim, and they again said they had no record of my order!!
Do not purchase anything from this place!

I just made my 3rd order. I'm obsessed with the styles, options, sizes, quality and responsiveness in order questions. Heads up that it ships out of China so it took a tad longer but nothing to complain about.

Bought the jewelery took also most a month to receive, wasn’t happy with some if the stuff so made a return never received confirmation that they received the return never got an exchange or refund and when we reached out again they didn’t respond

It was such a disaster. I genuinely wish I didn't purchase them. First the delivery took about a month. Second when I got it, the items immediately made my itchy. Lastly all the items were way to big and I called different jewelers and they all told me they would not size them.
Since I already spent so much on awful pieces that itch I decided to continue and take this as a lost.
Please don't purchase from them and save your money.

Louise Carter jewelry is a scam. Never buy from them. The product is made of cheap material. The color looks awful. And you have to pay to ship back the product and lose money overall. Very disappointed.

The jewelry arrived after a couple weeks. Initial impressions were that it felt cheaper than I expected. I got a necklace that broke just trying to put it on normally. The following day, an anklet broke off while jogging on the treadmill. Asked for a refund and replacement, but was told only one could be done. Not customer-centered. Would not recommend.

It took over 2.5 weeks to receive items. The ring and bracelet were too small and there is a return policy but no refund. Do not buy anything from this company!!

For someone who is allergic to like every piece of jewelry, Louis Carter is a GODSEND! Every piece is affordable, gorgeous, and the quality is amazing ! I have order from there twice and have well over 20 pieces ❤️ I have never broken out and the one time one of my rings had a stone fell out , they literally sent me another one so quick and easy ! I will Deff be ordering again, as well as telling everyone else to order as well ! Thank you for making such amazing, affordable pieces 🥰

Almost all of my jewelry is from LC now. As someone who travels a ton and spends a lot of time in the pool/ocean, it’s been awesome! I love not having to worry abt my jewelry bc it 1. Didn’t cost a fortune so if I loose a piece, it’s not the end of the world and 2. It looks the same as when I bought it even after all the chlorine, salt water etc. wish I knew abt them sooner as I’ve spent $300 on bracelets that faded and look crappy after one vacation

Yesterday, I received my 7 pieces of jewelry for $85. While unpacking one of the necklaces, I noticed that the chain was broken, so I immediatedly emailed customer service. As I hit "send", I reluctantly thought to myself, "I bet I'll be lucky to hear from anyone by Friday, and I can't imagine what kind of pain in the a$$ this is going to be." To my utter surprise, within 2-3 minutes, I had an email response. Erika asked me to send her a photo of the damaged necklace, the name of the necklace and my order number. I quickly sent the email request back to her. Again, within minutes she responded with the 3 options that I had for a resolution. I answered her back and was immediately sent an email stating that the replacement necklace was on the way! I was blown away with her prompt and more than fair responses. This is the kind of customer service that sets businesses apart from the competition these days. Here's the other thing...all this emailing back and forth was taking place at 8:30 pm cst. To be getting superb customer service at that time of the evening is unheard of. I am over the moon satisfied with the customer service that I received and love my new jewelry. Their 100% satisfaction/tarnish free guarantee is nothing to thumb your nose at either. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was skeptical about the quality of the jewelry because the price is so good. I got my order and everything is perfect. I did have a mishap with one piece but customer service was extremely fast in replying and getting it fixed for me!! Will definitely order from here again and recommend to others.

Prices and shipping were great, but their earrings gave my skin a horrible reaction. They claim their jewelry is hypoallergenic, but I believe this is false advertising. Now I'm dealing with a very painful rash on my earlobes.

Believe the social media hype, the Louise Carter beautiful jewelry arrives very quickly individually wrapped and packaged safely. I received 12 pieces of the most gorgeous jewelry and I get compliments on my first set which was also a 12 pack! I wear sunblock, I wear bug spray, and I’ve worn them in the shower and washing hands and the pieces really stand up! I had one item arrive damaged and their customer service was awesome. I feel like it was a real person emailing me that they replaced it immediately. Great experience, you won’t believe the quality pieces and compliments that you will receive - such awesome value - thank you all!

I've ordered from Louise Carter three times now and honestly cannot recommend them enough. The Chelsea Herringbone Necklace is my absolute favourite, I wear it every single day including in the shower and at the beach, and it still looks brand new after 4 months. No tarnishing, no skin reactions, nothing.

Shipping was faster than I expected, arrived in just under 2 weeks to Australia with tracking the whole way. Packaging was beautiful too, would honestly make a perfect gift.

Had one small issue with a bracelet sizing and the customer service team sorted it out super quickly, no fuss at all. Genuinely felt looked after.

For the price point, the quality is unreal. Will definitely keep ordering.

With that said the items were ok, a bit daintier than appeared in pictures. Not a product I would purchase again, also with that return policy I would NEVER purchase again.
