Lovely quality and very speedy delivery

I had previously bought bamboo sheets and, while different in a good way from cotton ones, I hadn't been that bowled over by them.

While browsing online for more bamboo sheets, I came across the Lost Loom website and my scrolling skidded to a halt - there was something both direct and appealing about the website that grabbed my attention.

I ordered a duvet set and waited for delivery. I didn't have to wait long and as I opened the wrapping to reveal a sturdy green box, I was already beginning to feel optimistic that I might be on to a winner!

The sheen of the fabric, the quality of the finish, from corner ties inside the top of the duvet cover to cross-corner elastics on the fitted sheets, were all indicative to me of a company that pays attention to detail.

Having added a bamboo duvet and additional bedding in the months since that first order, I can confirm that the bedding washes wonderfully, the duvet is cosier than my old goose down one and, even more importantly, the one time there was a small manufacturing issue with a set of pillow cases, they were replaced almost before emails had been exchanged.

Buying only online is something I have to do these days so it is truly a joy to find a company that takes genuine pride in its customer service, its packaging and its products!

For me Lost Loom has become Found Loom!

I discovered bamboo bedding several years ago. However, the quality of LostLoom is unparalleled, even down to the packaging. The softness is far superior to even the highest Egyptian cotton thread count. I would recommend without hesitation. You won’t want to get out of bed. Thank you LostLoom.

Shopping was easy and straightforward and I can’t wait to purchase more! The fabric was so much better than I expected as it was my first time purchasing from Lostloom. The packaging made it feel even more luxurious and I would highly recommend purchasing from them.

What makes Lost Loom bedding streets ahead of other bamboo fabric sheets is the care that’s gone into the manufacture; the stout and accurate hemming and the supporting elastic strap passing underneath the fitted sheet at each corner which holds it securely in place. There is also a little tag saying Top on one short side, which just saves time when making up the bed.
I’m replacing poly/cotton sheets which were in their time good quality, but these bamboo sheets are in a higher category altogether.

I now have two sets of the bedding. It is soft, comfortable and easy to wash and dry

The most amazing bed linen and customer service. Inundated by offers over Black Friday, Richard reached out and offered to send me colour samples, this not only helped me decide on colour but demonstrated the quality of the bedding, he also assured me he would honour any discount if I was not able to order before the BF discount expired. He also followed up on a missed delivery. I also ordered the duvet, the lightest yet warmest and comfortable I’ve ever bought and I have spent much more in the past.

Bought the super king duvet and the super king duvet cover and annoyingly the duvet is smaller than the cover, so you end up with excess material at the end. Also the pillow cases are giant ones (suitable for a super king bed - i.e. 90cm) but very people stock the larger pillows. I just spent £170 on some fancy pillows and they are tiny in the huge cases. Loads of excess. One final annoyance is how easily it creases - it was ironed on arrival but creases badly every time you sleep in it and looks scruffy. I already gave a great review previously, packaging, feel, delivery, etc. but more disappointed now I’m actually using.

What an absolute pleasure it was Purchasing our new duvet set from lost loom.
After an initial mistake on my side with my order, I was contacted by Kevin who resolved this quickly and efficiently.

The Covers are exactly as described , soft and Sheen, providing a wonderful night sleep.
Within a week I’d ordered further set which arrived promptly in the same exquisite little silk bag and decorative box.

I plan to change all other bedding to this brand in a very near future and highly recommend this company.
