If you're in the UAE
If you're in the UAE, please do not order from the site. They do not have a returns policy like they claim. The return address given has no contact person/ number and the courier I assigned was unable to reach them. Upon asking the customer service for a contact number for the return, they simply just refused and said there is no contact number. Worst customer service!

Lookfantastic has great products, but the shipping charges are very high. The only options are AED 35 and AED 100, yet the order still doesn’t arrive on the same day. On top of that, none of the discount codes offered by e-mails have ever worked for me. Overall, the experience could be much better.
