King cross residence pentonville 200 road
I was expected to check in today,I arrived 1pm, informing yesterday I will be arriving earlier. They gave me a card. I check in a room and the other girl has not left the room yet! With her staff being there and a very very messy dirty room and bad smell. They said at reception i should call londonist to fix that and call them if they are bringing cleaner. And there is blood on the mattress!

Super helpful and easy
Super quick and easy. I needed to extend my stay and all i had to do was send a request and then Jigyasa kindly assisted me and got back to me quickly with price and date options as well as got me my same room I’ve been staying in and was very patient she I needed to wait for money to be sent from my oatrenst abroad. Great experience thank you Jigyasa.

Slow response times, good remedies
Slow response times and I've had an instance where they breached our contract and assigned me to a different accomodation than the one I had paid for and agreed to, but they were quick to remedy their mistake.
Only reason I'm leaving a positive review is cause of Jigyasa being so direct and helpful in helping me rebook.

My experience with Londonist DMC was extremely disappointing. The room was not ready at the agreed move-in time, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress. Communication was also very poor. Once the booking and payment were completed, the sales representative became unresponsive and stopped answering calls and messages.
The overall level of professionalism was far below expectations. The staff’s handling of the situation felt disorganised and dismissive rather than supportive.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend booking directly with the property instead of going through this agency. It would likely save you time, frustration, and unnecessary complications.
