Mon fils avait réservé une chambre en décembre pour un séjour prévu en mai. L’établissement l’avait contacté pour lui dire de se dépêcher s’il souhaitait obtenir le type de chambre qu’il voulait, et qu’un paiement rapide lui permettrait de bénéficier d’un tarif plus avantageux. Il a donc versé un acompte de 3 000 €.
En janvier, il a dû annuler sa réservation pour des raisons personnelles. Depuis, malgré cinq relances, nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse concernant le remboursement de l’acompte.
Face à ce silence, nous avons dû signaler le litige auprès de l’agence ECC, qui gère ce type de dossiers.
Je recommande vivement de bien vérifier avant de réserver, car il semble que nous ne soyons pas les premiers à rencontrer des difficultés pour récupérer notre argent.
