Simply excellent! From start to finish, London Diamonds were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They’re responsive, straight forward and easy to deal with. They listened to what we wanted and catered to our needs and price with ease. The quality of the ring itself is excellent and you can tell it’s been made with precision and care. It is really sparkly which my fiancé loves! The collection process was smooth, friendly and professional. The ring was made really quickly too (especially given the Christmas and new year break). Overall, we feel like London Diamonds gave us an excellent and professional service, their straight forward approach to things is really refreshing and we felt like valued customers. They have a very good reputation so I went into ordering from them with very high expectations, yet somehow they managed to exceed them anyways.

I explained money was no object and they actually talked me down to get something that would look best. My fiancé loved the ring and it actually fit. The guys sized it just from a couple of pics. Everything was wonderful. My partner arranged my engagement ring but I have been to the office twice to get it resized. They have been so helpful and lovely on Instagram and in person. Maggie was also so wonderful when I came in for resizing that I ordered my wedding ring there and then. It matched so perfectly and she knew what would go with my engagement ring. Special delivery postage was easy too.

Absolutely incredible, i first heard of London Diamonds a few years ago when a friend had used them for their engagement ring, i knew from them i wanted to use them but completely forgot of their company name when speaking to my partner about engagement rings. I then found them again on Instagram when searching for a company to make our bespoke wedding rings.

What can i say, incredible service, they are not pushy, they are completely honest, they don't push you to spend more than you need to. They reply almost instantly to any queries.

My son in law recommended London Diamonds to me because he found their service to be outstanding. I could not agree more. I asked James to design a bespoke diamond necklace for me. The necklace arrived a few weeks later and it was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations in every way. I had been looking for an eternity ring for a while and my daughter’s new husband had used London Diamond for both her engagement and wedding rings which are magnificent. I got in contact with LD and got talking to James about the ring I liked and could they add more diamonds to it.
There was no pushing when I didn’t get back to them for a few months, and ones I decided I would use their services it was so professional and easy. James was very quick to reply and sent over designs so I could see what my ring would would look like.
When my ring arrived it was so much better than I expected the diamonds are so bright and the ring fits perfectly with my other rings.
