I had been annoying (😂) James for 2 years about the ring I was going to have made for a special bday. He responded to all of my messages straight away.
The service I have received from LD has been second to none, the whole process faultless. I told James what I wanted (he was able to tell me my ring size via a photo of my hand) a diamond was sourced and a video sent to me for approval along with design drawings. I was told it would take around 6 weeks to be made, it was 4 in the end.
My husband was convinced I was dealing with scammers but is now telling everyone what an incredible company LD are that give a fantastic service and end product.
Thank you James for making getting older a little easier, my ring is everything I could have hoped for and more.

Recently had an Oval diamond ring from LD. not an engagement ring, but a birthday/new baby gift. I was very much involved in choosing, but wasn’t totally happy with first ring. This was purely personal taste, I felt the diamond was too large and I didn’t feel yellow gold suited me after all. Absolutely brilliant communication and service to swop it for a smaller size diamond, platinum instead. My husband got a very quick refund of the difference in cost and the turnaround for exchange was a matter of a couple of weeks. This wasn’t a bespoke design obviously, but a website stock ring.
The ring is beautiful, James communicated brilliantly throughout, nothing was ever a hassle. If you’re having a ring from here and it’s not bespoke, you can be reassured that if you don’t like your choice, you can change it hassle free. Highly recommend this company, thanks James and LD!

I have followed London Diamonds on Instagram for years, and not only did I admire their rings but their honesty was so refreshing! It really helped navigate an otherwise very murky area - from explaining the Lab vs Mined debate; what 1 or 2 carats actually look like on a human hand, and not to mention the thought and graft that goes into every design. My engagement ring had to be from them, and so did my wedding band! Absolutely stunning both rings, I get so many compliments about them!, but without breaking the bank. The certificates of authenticity, the free resizing, and the lifetime guarantee are just cherries on an already very delicious cake; if you need/want a ring don’t go anywhere else ❤️

From initial contact, design, delivery and then repair after an unfortunate accident, the London Diamonds team have been truly excellent every step of the way. If like me, you’re a little sceptical of an Insta-famous jeweller, I can categorically say London Diamonds will make your diamond dreams come true at a reasonable price, as opposed to the inflated high street jeweller prices elsewhere!

I sent some ideas of styles from their Instagram for guidance as to what I wanted and they nailed the design at the first time of asking. Communication was great, the process was straight forward and up front, they held the ring once complete so that they could deliver it to me on the day that I wanted and the packaging they sent is discrete externally and lovely internally! Even after the successful proposal, they have taken the ring back to get it resized with no extra cost and no hassle at all. Great service all round!

Got my engagement ring nearly 4 years ago from London Diamonds. All been fine but I stupidly trapped my hand in a door and totally mangled my ring. Got back in touch and James was totally honest about my options, said they’d do their best to repair it. I’ve now got my ring back and it’s like new. This company is truly amazing, it’s so rare to find a company that is online and actively on social media that are actually a legitimate business, there seems to be so many adverts for things that turn out to be more of a scam or not what it says on the tin, London Diamonds popped up one day and I noted a couple of celebrities followed them which admittedly helped to re-assure me that they were the real deal, but regardless their customer service is second to none, they always replied I had conversations over quite a few months that I’m surprised they stayed committed and didn’t just think I was a time waster myself!

James made every effort to make sure I was happy with what I wanted, the ring is amazing, even little details like the box it arrived in felt truly special, i was quoted a lead time and it arrived about 2 weeks earlier! I will be highly recommending them to anyone that asks and will certainly be returning if I have the need for anything diamond in the future!
