Website - 1st class. Ease of ordering - excellent. Quality of blinds - V. good. Packaging - Ok. Standard of parcel delivered state - not good. This is down to the way the parcels are banded together, and the standard of the delivery people who deliver. Shame it lets down this business

A well-designed, quality product
The product is well designed and robust. I would prefer written rather than graphic instructions. I realise that graphics make exporting much more straightforward but some people, like me, are not so good with pictures. I may have missed a key element at the beginning of the installation because I had assumed that I would need to replace every element of the old, damaged blind, whereas I needed to leave the two top grey plastic 'lugs' from the original fitment in place for the new blind to snap on to. If it's not crystal clear, it would be worth a warning to leave them where they are. I am, however, very pleased with the way everything fitted. I would be much quicker next time!

I phoned this supplier as the price for…
I phoned this supplier as the price for my blind was £50 cheaper than from Velux direct. The phone was answered within two rings. The gentleman on the phone was polite and listened to my enquiry, he took details of the window size, the blind and trim colours and confirmed that the price on the website was indeed correct. I was also informed that delivery would be mid December because it would be supplied direct from Velux Denmark. The blind arrived on 13/12/24 and had been shipped through France. It took about 30 minutes to fit including the remote controller. Great looking blind from a great company. Thank you very much.

Easy to order Velux solar blinds on website. Arrived earlier than expected. Price was much cheaper than on other websites. No issues whatsoever, came very well packaged and communication from company was excellent.

Very helpful with working out the details over the phone. Very personal. None of this patronising "we are very busy, press this for that" nonsense.
Products arrived as ordered, price was radically cheaper than buying direct from velux. Good 'old school' customer service.
