Sadly two of our three velux blinds got damaged during delivery rendering them unusable. However, after raising this with the team at Loft Blinds this was quickly sorted and replacements were sent without hesitation.

We had to wait a little while, but we were happy with the service.

Very good solar powered blinds to replace old manual blinds. Delivery OK but not wrapped in waterproof packaging.

Only slight irritation was not being given a delivery window of 2 hours so I had to stay at home until my blind arrived, then it was a knock and run delivery by Evri!

Product arrived in good time. Easy to install although prep work and stripping out old blind was a but of a dirty job.

Great Customer Services. Incorrect model arrived on first order but loft blinds arranged for return and credit. The correct unit was ordered again and arrived correctly and quickly.

We ordered Velux blinds and awnings, which were very good value for money, and cheaper than buying direct. Delivery was quick and easy, installation was also easy, and products were robust and high quality. We also wanted to go with a British business, based in England, so any issues would've been deal with easily. Very happy.

My research revealed that Loftblinds is a UK registered company paying UK tax. At this time, I did not feel comfortable providing my personal contact and finance details to a company registered within the Eastern bloc

I ordered some sample swatches for my Velux windows from Loft Blinds.
The swatches were delivered within 2-3 days.

I found the ones I like, and found Loftblinds had the best prices including the place I bought the windows from.

I decided to play it safe and buy from LoftBlinds as they claimed to sell only genuine Velux blinds.

Having placed the order for the 2 blinds, I received an email a day later with a delivery date.
The dates was couple of weeks which I found disappointing.

I emailed LoftBlinds to see if the date can be improved. I also mentioned, if buying from the window dealer at the higher price would have been the better option.

LoftBlinds duly replied back quickly.
They explained all Velux blinds are shipped from Denmark.
Buying from elsewhere would not any make any difference as they would need to buy them from directly from the manufacturers.

Nearer the despatch time, I received an email from the couriers which showed a delivery date even later then the promised one sent by LoftBlinds.

Fortunately, the blinds were delivered on the date LoftBlinds stated - not sure how the courier can this information so wrong!

Once the blinds were delivered, installing them was straightforward. Velux couldn't have made them any easier to install.

Delivery lead times needs to be better, but that's down to Velux and not LoftBlinds.

Price was good compared to others, the blind is what was ordered and i dont see any issues with it. The reason im not giving a better star rating is the delivery time, it says 7-12 days. Even if it was working days its no where near. It took 4 weeks. 27 days.

Very easy to order a new genuine Velux Blind and at a price £40 below any of my local suppliers. It arrived exactly one week after ordering. My only criticism is that the carrier, TNT, delivered it to an address 300 m from my house!! Luckily the owner knew me and informed me that it was at his house.

Excellent customer service when I called to check on order. Delivery was approx 3 wks as it was made and shipped from abroad. Quality genuine Velux product, easy to fit with tool and good instructions. I self fitted, but installation was offered for an additional fee. My parents were very happy with their solar powered blinds. Thank you.
