We're exceptionally happy with our LMB loft and first floor renovation. The first fix contractor Ashley went above and beyond to create a layout for us that worked for our very specific needs. He recommended the pentagon window in the office which added a wow factor to an otherwise functional space.
All of the contractors employed by LMB have been excellent - careful and considerate of our home and completing high quality work as well as being friendly and professional.
As with all build projects there has been some slight snagging to be done after the build had been completed and to LMB's credit they have been proactive in reaching out to check if we have needed any help in the weeks following contractors leaving. Any remedial works have been completed quickly and without any quibble. Their aftercare has gone above and beyond our expectation and has meant we wouldn't hesitate to use LMB's services again.

Alfie and Darren were absolutely great -polite, professional and respectful of my house and the neighbours, they were tidy and did a great job of renovating the loft space. Great communication throughout.

Thank you also to Harry the roofer who did a great job, Wayne and his colleague who were very considerate when erecting the scaffolding so that it didn’t obscure the view or access to my garden, Steve did a great job of the carpentry as did the electrician.

We contracted with LMB to Design & Build our loft extension, after our architect went into administration following COVID. LMB were able to move quickly to get work underway and the roof watertight before the Christmas shutdown. Their main builder, Brandon, was absolutely excellent - great comms, considerate, polite, friendly. All members of the team were great to work with and easy to contact through being on a team-wide WhatsApp group. LMB's office staff were also always on hand and were positive and friendly. LMB know loft extensions and are a very efficient and trustworthy operator.

Contacted LMB Group to undertake a loft conversion on Broomfield Road, Beckenham.

The overall price was very competitive and even better still the service was excellent.

The entire project only took just over six weeks which is two weeks quicker than quoted.

A special shout out has to go to Joanna in the office - as her communications were excellent and to Brandon who was on-site for the vast majority of the build.

All contractors turned up on time and were polite and thoughtful in their works, sheeting up all areas to minimise dust and mess.

At the end of the build LMB did a complete clear up of the site leaving it as they found it.

We had a loft conversion carried out by lmb in 2021 and also asked for them to add lead flashing to part of the existing roof which they did, no problem.
Recently we noticed, part of the lead flashing had slipped, likely due to adverse weather so we contacted lmb.
They arranged for this to be repaired quickly.
We're very happy with the aftercare we've received from Lee, Joanna and the team at lmb.

This is the second loft conversion we have done with LMB. All went well again , the project was completed to time , at the agreed cost and we are very happy with the quality.

Very efficient build and great coordination. The end product is beautiful and we’re delighted with it. We drew up outline plans at the beginning of 2025 to construct a side dormer loft conversion to create an upstairs family bathroom and additional bedroom to provide additional space for growing family visits.
We approached LMB to review our proposals and provide a quotation for consideration.
Ricki ( LMB Sales Director ) promptly visited, with a detailed quote provided within a few days, which was clearly laid out detailing the project scope and associated payment schedule.
Being a construction manager myself i was keen to appoint a professional company to undertake the conversion works including the full fit out and finishes, with LMB providing us the confidence of delivering the project efficiently, to a good standard and at a competitive price.
Following plans being drawn up ( under Permitted Development limits ) and structural resolution being finalised works commenced 31 March, led by Brandon, with the dormer shell constructed within 3 weeks, including the associated internal alterations. All the subsequent trades duly followed with the entire project completed and signed off by Building Control within 13 weeks.
Our sincere thanks goes to LMB, their support staff and all the trades / individuals involved in delivering the project all of whom were respectful, considerate and trustworthy throughout. The WhatsApp group set up by LMB at the outset provided an excellent communication channel with the interaction and co-ordination between the various trades commendable.
The stage payment schedule provided transparency enabling the cost of the works to be spread over the project duration.
We are delighted with the outcome and additional space we now have and would thoroughly recommend LMB to others contemplating a loft extension.

LMB did a great job on our loft conversion and were very easy to work with, . All the different teams did excellent work, and Ryan (foreman of the first stage, so here every day for 3 weeks) in particular was fantastic, super communicative and gave us helpful pointers on making the most of our new space. Very pleased with our loft conversion and garage conversion that LMB Group Ltd have just finished. Rob, who has recently done our garage, has been particularly good, but also James and Joe on the loft and a bathroom reconfiguration. Most of the trades on site have been very courteous and the office staff have been helpful when we've needed them.

We started a loft extension in our family home in January 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with the works.
The craftsmanship is of high quality. All contractors did an excellent job, but we particularly want to thank Kieron and his team who did our first fix, Oliver who tiled our bathroom, and Mihail our carpenter.
The main thing that could to be improved to make the experience even better is around the schedule management of the various contractors: we lost time waiting for contractors to be available to come in/ having to chase our project manager for updates. We appreciate that it’s no slim task coordinating so many people, but we ended up about 3 weeks past schedule.

In the end, we love our loft and have found contractors and the LMB team to be really pleasant to work with.

Avoid this company at all costs. They only care about profits and nothing else. Horrible, horrible people to deal with.
