VERY VERY HELPFUL .

The lady i was talking to was very caring and couldn’t do enough to help and take time with me to make sure i understood. She was brilliant and thorough and a credit to Lloyds.

Excellent customer service

Spoke to a lovely customer service person today. I wish I had made a note of her name. Was extremely kind and helpful.

Going the extra mile!

There was a hiccup with getting the prescription from the hospital which left Lloyds clinical with very little time to get the medication to us. But they went the extra mile and actually got it to us a day early. Joe on the helpline was very efficient friendly and helpful.

Lady was so helpful

The lady I spoke to was so lovely. (8:22pm) She helped so much with my dad’s medical stuff so would 100% recommend their customer service.

Service with professionalism and kindness at the forefront

The lady I spoke with was very kind and was happy to answer any of my concerns. She was very detailed regarding times scales and what to expect in terms of contact for my treatment. All in all i was really happy with how professional and thourogh the call handler was.

Great service

Appointment timing.

I have recently been having problems with my phone and was concerned that I wouldn't get a time slot for my injection, due tomorrow. I spoke to a charming and very helpful young man called Joe. He checked with a colleague and put my mind at rest. Many thanks Joe for your help. Thanks also to his colleague Josh who also helped.

Joe, the gentleman that took my call this morning, was so very helpful! A kind voice and with plenty of manners. He sorted out the delivery of my medicines for tomorrow, with about a minute to spare! Good man & thank you.
