Unfortunately another victim of ‘counterfeit’ goods despite logging with paypal, who went in there favour despite proving counterfeit Chinese items. I will now be claiming through my bank.

Very poor customer experience, avoid buying from this company at all costs.
I received a Chinese knock off version off my product ordered, you could even see the Chinese postage label underneath their UK royal mail one which they had stuck over the top and forwarded parcel to me.

The images on the website were NOT the same as the product delivered. The delivered product was of very poor quality and not fit for purpose.

I spent over 4 weeks emailing the company to reach resolution and got no where, had to settle for refunded voucher despite being sent a product that was not fit for purpose.

I have no trust in using this store again, no trust in the images and product descriptions and no trust in their customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Placed two separate orders but only 1 arrived. They then tagged the delivery note against both orders. I asked for a refund and they kept saying we will look into it, then after 30 days they said that it was now outside of their policy to do anything. Avoid!

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. Product took months to arrive. Quality of the product (dance mat) is so poor, can’t even use it because not provided with correct means, just a basic USB cable. Instructions suggest putting the provided cd into computer (who has CD player in their comp these days, it’s like they’re living in 1990), and the instructions are like someone has printed them at home. Do not use this website extremely poor and probably survives off the hope people won’t bother to return the terrible products. Cheap tat, at best.

Firstly, I would like to say I ordered this item on the 6th of November and part of it was delivered on the 18th of November. I still have not received the missing parts that just happened to not be in the box.

I ordered this item for my son's birthday when it was priced at £74.99. I do not usually open packaging prior to the recipient receiving the gift but due to the box having taken a battering (no wonder after it had been shipped half way across the world) and the way it was sellotaped together I thought I better had.

No shock that parts of the monster truck were missing. I emailed straight away in the hope it would be rectified prior to his birthday, it was not.

I have asked 4 times now to speak to someone senior and have still been refused. I have also asked multiple times for a replacement item and have been refused. I have also asked for a part refund due to the terrible service and the product now being £44.99 and I have been refused.

Needless to say on the 25th of November my son's birthday was not great as he could not receive his present.

Felicitas the customer service agent needs proper training on how to communicate with customers so that she understands why there are so many misunderstandings.

Below are some quotes that apparently mean (even though I have asked for an entire replacement item) I am just receiving the missing parts and that it will be done quickly.

"immediate action to ensure that your reshipment order is processed and delivered to you as quickly as possible" 25th of November

"Our entire team is genuinely excited to have this opportunity to send you a brand-new product" 4th of December

This is not quick, I ordered the item on the 6th of November and received the incomplete item on the 18th of November and am still WAITING.

Email sent said they would get back to me, haven’t.

I ordered what were advertised on their website as Stapelstein stepping stones. Unfortunately, I didn’t check Trustpilot before placing my order - what I received were cheap Chinese copies and now I’m poorer to the tune of £70. They are not a UK company so ‘caveat emptor’ definitely applies to any purchases from this lot. I won’t be giving these to my grandchildren- they undoubtedly don’t meet safety standards.

Wrong product sent but they won't give me a refund?! Said our law says no refunds less than £42!! Don't seem to understand that sending the wrong product doesn't quite fit the bill!

If I could give a zero star I would.

Product nothing like the pictures.

Picture showed a nice product. Product I received was half the size and thin. It won't do the job it's supposed to do and no way near worth the money I paid.

Company is just robbing you!

I asked to return item and get a refund which they refused.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Did not respond to my email.
I ordered a watch in a specific colour. The order showed another colour. Watch was super large and heavy, especially for a child.
The refund policy says I cannot change it or have a refund as it was a reduced item.
But else where.

Well it was amazing when I bought my great grandson his 4th birthday gift I was amazed by the tracking details all the way fro China and it was through PayPal that I received express delivery so yes I would definitely recommend the great customer service I received I will however purchase again next for my great grand daughter who will be 4 great service 😀🙌

Such a bad experience, got the item that was totally different from what was displayed on the website. I was been told that I will be refunded and its been almost a month and no refund. Just a scam.

I bought a Sensory Autism Therapy Swing for my daughter which I thought would help her self regulate however she struggled with the feel ling of the fabric before we could even assemble the product. I emailed straight away asking if I could get a refund and this has been refused as the item as it isn’t “damaged”

There is no thought for the child who is neurodiverse or care of their needs/ wellbeing! It is a complete money making scheme. I am hugely disappointed and cannot believe a company would refuse a refund!

Ordered pink and got red. The fabric is of a very very low quality. Not at all as advertised.

Dreadful. I ordered 6 'air tags' equivalent. 4 green, 2 red. 4 Green arrived first. NONE worked! I needed a magnifying glass to read the manual and the APP download was wrong. 2 Red ones arrived. Once I had the right APP they worked..but NOT what I was after. IT IS NOT AS ADVERTISED A GPS TRACKER. this is misleading advertising. Customer Support very courteous, but want pictures of it not working...EH? I want my money back. Simple. So, I will contact my credit card company and get a refund. It ain't gonna come from them. Wish I had consulted Trust Pilot first. What terrible ratings!

It was pleasure buying from little dreams. Had some issue with product but was amazed with the support they provided to resolve the issue. Would surely comeback to buy again from little dreams.

Staff are so understanding and helpful I had an amazing experience.
