I have been waiting since November for a monster truck toy, arrived in December without a battery that is needed to use it! its rechargeable and a specific size so we can't replace it ourselves.

I have chased multiple times and they claim they have sent a replacement battery but 4 2 months later nothing, I think Its time to report them to trading standards, anyone else done the yet???

I bought a cot bumper for my grandson cot and it’s not what is shown in the photo on there website, if I could give zero star I would stay away from this company.

Scam! it seems that customer service does not exist in this company, do not buy anything from them.

Bought 4g lte smart watch as a Christmas present, so when it was opened and we realised it is a piece of junk and does not connect properly to the app (which is also shockingly bad and has forced ads tripping you up at every turn) it was too late to send back because of their 30-day policy for returns. Terrible experience, would not use again, and would warn anyone against using this company.

Disgusting customer service after trying to return a nasty not as described product. The product, a plaited baby bumper, is dangerous and absolutely unusable. This company do not abide by any consumer rights whatsoever. I wish I had looked on here before I ordered something. Obviously cheap rubbish made in China and not checked for quality or safety.
Also I left a review on their website... But what a surprise... Its not there!

Do not pay Balma Home, the scammer on Paypal. Your money is trapped and they wont refund. Dropship product from China on large markup faulty products

Cheap products shipped directly from China, definitely not worth the price.
Items not fit for purpose but they won’t accept returns.

I rarely write these reviews, but my experience with their after sales support has been so bad I felt compelled to. Online sales are entitled to a refund within 14 days if sent back in resealable condition. The product I purchased looked nothing like the description and photos online, so I kindly asked for a refund only to be met with a barrage of emails trying to deny my consumer rights. I will be contacting my card provider to see if they can assist in reclaiming the lost money.

I brought a sensory “swing” from this company. It is awful, it is not safe for intended use. It is made of thin, stretchy material, which makes the swing stretch to the floor when using, no matter how many times you adjust it. It was enjoyed it for the first 3 mins before he keeps ending up dragging along the floor using it. It did not come with a ceiling attachment so we had to buy this separately from b&q. I have complained about this swing & asked for a refund (it was brought as a Christmas present) & not put up immediately as the attachments were not provided, so took a little longer, once it was up I emailed straight away but it had gone over the 28 day returns period (by 2 days). I definatley would not recommend & I would not buy from this company again.
If only I’d have read the reviews on here before ordering!

Terrible company, thought this was a uk company as has .co.uk address took 17 days for delivery as tracking shows its from china! They send the wrong item, have emailed 3 times and no reply! Luckily paid via PayPal so have requested refund that way, cheap fake Chinese item! Do not buy from here!

We bought a cot protector, and when it arrived it was completely different from the photo, poor quality material and completely different from what we ordered, the customer service is terrible, they don't refund your money and it takes weeks for the order to arrive, when we went to see the delivery was coming from CHINA, don't spend your money on this site, all the reviews and photos on the site are fake, nothing is the same as what they post on the website

AVOID company . Definately a scam . I ordered a gift for my daughter and it arrived very late . I asked for a refund and they refused citing some nonsense . My experience mirrors other reviewers , absolutely awful experience . Shop elsewhere

I wish I had read trust pilot before ordering. Such a scam! This was meant to be a christmas present and didn't arrive until after 27th Dec. Having ordered on 11th I thought this would be plenty of time for delivery (as it was co.uk company). Unfortunately the tracking showed item was from China. The product i received is not what was advertised and is of cheap thin material. So disappointing. Like many other reviews I have now read, the customer service is terrible. Refusing to give me details to return for refund as not faulty. Although I'd disagree as it's not suitable to use for purpose. Getting nowhere with customer service and just so annoyed to be out of pocket and not have what I ordered.

I would give no stars if I could! Ordered an interactive Toy Dance Matt that took weeks to arrive due to actually being sent from overseas, not the UK as the website makes out. The toy wasn't even in a box! It was sent in a wrapped up bin liner and out of date for most computers? not the TV as advertised. Never buy from here. No returns allowed?!

I bought what I believed were genuine Stapelstein Sensory Stepping Stones for my grandson. I received fake ones. Their website was advertising them as being the real thing but changed it after I raised a dispute - they refused to refund me for their cheap imitation. The fake ones I received are made out of cheap and possibly unsafe material. Do not buy from this dishonest and vile company! They are not based in the UK as stated on their website.

Of the product is nothing like the picture. Very cheap and nasty. Much smaller than in the image. Would never buy again off here

Terrible company.
I placed an order which took 4 weeks to arrive. When it did the packaging was in a terrible state the inbox of the claw machine was ripped, faded and taped up with heavy duty tape. There were parts missing and I have been sending emails since the 6th December but got nowhere with this company. The item cost over £100 for second hand rubbish. I need to take this further

What a vile company you are! Ripping people off left, right and centre when everyone is strapped for cash as it is. My mum recently bought her granddaughter a present from your site and it wasn’t cheap! It’s taken 4 weeks to get here even though you market yourself as a UK company! It’s finally arrived and the quality is shocking, even though you claim long delivery times are due to high quality standards.
