Really bad experience with company.
Have just given up trying to purse customer service to get the right assistance for my items now at a loss and when I've asked for help re a complaint I've had no further contact at all. Such a shame i thought looked a good company too before this, now wish I'd taken notice of reviews.

Goods are substandard and overpriced. The customer service team are the worst I have ever dealt with. Do not be fooled by the .co.uk site, this is a Chinese company selling cheap, unsafe tat.

Absolutely do not buy from this company!!! The GPS tag it is not a GPS tag as advertised, it is just a very simple bluetooth tracker that doesn't even reach the 25mt as per the website description.
Also, you cannot even get a refund despite their policy states that you should return items within 30 days, unused and in the original packing. They only refund in case of malfunctioning. So it has to be unused, but not working. Confusing!!!
Absolutely scam company, shame you cannot leave a review in their website where 'everyone' is very happy with the products

If I could give no stars I would do this. Do not buy the Sensory Hammock Swing. The material is substandard and will not allow for a child to be cocooned within its material. As soon as you climb into it the material starts to stretch down to the ground and does not provide cover as it shows in the pictures. I tried to get a refund which was agreed after several emails but nothing has arrived so I have escalated it to PayPal. Now they are saying as I contacted PayPal they cannot help me and I have to wait for PayPal to decide if I get a refund. They have stolen my money. Do not use this company.

Delivery time was accurate and was kept updated of when it would arrive.
Unfortunately after trying out the sensory swing we realised it’s really poor quality.
If you want to return anything it has to be unused , in original packaging and you need to send it back to a non uk country.
I won’t be buying from or recommending this company.

I have been emailing someone called Fiorella I for the last few months regarding gps tags I was sent. When they arrived it was clear that these tags were only really useful to find car keys. They are being advertised for pets and even children in case you lose them! They do not work at 25m as advertised so I left them in the packaging and sent them straight back. I am still awaiting a refund which they are currently refusing because I don’t have any proof of a malfunction! What proof could I possibly send? I’ve seen a lot of reviews of people who had opened their tags, then try to return but they wouldn’t take them back because they were opened! It’s absolutely mad that this is legal. Literally stealing off people and risking lives by advertising these tags as a way of finding a lost child or pet… absolutely disgusting and I will continue to fight for a refund as this just is not right

They mis represent via their website then refuse to refund.

False advertising for GPS trackers, not a GPS tracker. Complete scam. They will only refund in store credits because "we only accept returns in case the product is defective. Also, under the UK online and distance selling law, only items above £42 are eligible for returns."

Not a gps tracker, it’s a Bluetooth tracker, only good for your keys in the house

As others have said the GPS tracker I bought for the safety of my grandchildren is I fact a Bluetooth device for lost keys. It is also not based in the UK as clearly the tracking shows its progress through customs on its way from China. Once again this Country cannot be trusted. The reviews on its own site are also written by the company as the words used are from a sales brochure. The website is misleading and should be shut down. How are they still trading on the care that parents show when they want to protect their children.

Awful quality, item looked nothing like what was pictured, extremely lengthy delivery time. Would not refund as item needs to be unopened and unused. If I had not unopened it, I wouldn’t have been able to identify the poor quality! Customer services refuse to acknowledge this conundrum.

Scam Scam Scammers!

I ordered a mini video game console as a birthday present. Tried to cancel because it was taking so long to arrive that the birthday had been and gone. They wouldn’t let me. (Apparently it was too late as it had already shipped). A few days later I received the shipping email so that was a lie. Then when the product finally arrived it was the cheapest plastic crap I’d even seen. MADE IN CHINA written on the back and an awful burning smell coming from the product.

The website implies it’s an English company but it’s definitely not based in England. The plug wasn’t even an English plug.

When I contacted the company for a refund they said their policy wouldn’t allow me a refund as I had opened the product up and used it. I explained I hadn’t used it because of the burning smell. (Also couldn’t use it with the foreign plug) and that if I hadn’t have opened it, I wouldn’t know it was faulty.

They’re just knocking off Nintendo and other brands with cheaper faulty versions. Very likely to cause a fire, they didn’t even want their product back but kept my money.

I bought a Sensory Autism Therapy Swing from this website. When I received it, the color was slightly different from the picture, but not so much. However, the item itself is beautiful. The pink tone they sent me is very cure and my girl loves it. They have several kids items on their website, so maybe in the future, I can try another one.

I'm applying for a refund for a product that I ordered and received that is falsely and misleadingly described on their web site.

The "Kids, Pets, Car, Mini GPS Track Tag Tracking Finder Device" is not a GPS device at all, but only a Bluetooth device. This should be changed immediately on their web site as it breaks the trade descriptions act. It's immediately clear reading the instructions enclosed with each device that this is so. Clearly either no-one bothered to read the instructions, or worse, that it is deliberately misleading.

The return address on the web site is also incorrect since a product bought in the UK from a .co.uk company registered in Wigan and supplied from Abergavenny must be returned to the UK, not to the US!

I do not know if I will get a reasonable response, but this whole episode fills me with a low expectation!

Absolute scam. The item I bought was advertised as a GPS tracker but was actually just a Bluetooth key finder. Thought I was ordering from the UK but the item came from the US and took weeks. Would not recommend buying from this site.

Fake reviews on website. PayPal should be ashamed of offering payment support to these scammers

The GPS tracker that was supposed to enable me to keep track of my child's whereabouts turned out to be working only via Bluetooth. Clearly, once the child (with the tracker) is 8-10 meters away, the tracker disconnects, and you know what that means.
The instructions in the booklet enclosed with the tracker listed an app that was supposed to be downloaded from the Google Play Store. That app did not exist. I Emailed Little Dreams and was given a different app. I made it work, only to find out that it needed to use exclusively Bluetooth to track.
The Company website makes you believe that they are in the UK, but they are not, as the item took forever to arrive and when it arrived, the sender was, you know from which country...
Wasted money, and, most importantly, wasted hopes.
Simply avoid.

This company keeps sending me emails although I seek to block them after identifying them as spam. Most annoying and they are advertising services irrelevant to me.

Ordered Christmas present for granddaughter, 10th Dec, confident it would arrive in good time because of company's .co.uk address. But 24th Dec we received 'delivery cancelled' email out of the blue, and then saw reviews saying it's not uk at all. Tried to get refund via PayPal, agreed to wait another 2 weeks, emailed company who were unapologetic for delivery times, and the fact the gift would not be here for Christmas. Item arrived randomly, 29th Dec. Would not recommend, based on this, don't like being mislead.

Great smart wathes for kids, good correspondence and fast delivery. Thank you.
