Do not buy from this company, it is a SCAM. Watch did not work and was totally poor quality tat. Customer service shocking! Initially insisted on videos to prove it wouldn't work and then said because it was sale item, their policy is not to refund. Everything on the website is on sale so basically they are not giving refunds on any of this low grade rubbish. Offered 50% refund eventually, obviously robbing many customers of half the price of rubbish tech!!

This company is not what you would expect when viewing website. Avoid at all cost. Please share this with as many friends and family using every platform to prevent further scams.Their return policy is set up to deliberately stop customers returning in a fair way. Customer service team are poor and deliberately unhelpful.
I am going to write to my bank, financial ombudsman to get this company stopped. IN MY OPINION ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY

Bought kids GPS watch took about 2 weeks to arrive. There was no registration code to pair with the app rendering the watch useless. After a further 2 weeks of emails back and forward I was offered 30% of my money back and allowed to keep the watch that my daughter can't use apparently to save me the hassle of sending the product back. Eventually I accepted their offer as the only communication is via email which was taking them up to 3 days to reply each time and I got fed up. Shocking will certainly not be using again .

Bought an ‘interactive’ dog toy. Read the reviews on their website first, all very good. I now know those reviews aren’t real. I tried to leave a review on their website but surprise surprise it’s not showing.
The dog just yaps and walks for a few seconds then falls over. Please don’t waste your money. Also. The products come from China, which isn’t obvious when you’re making your purchase.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SITE. This site refuses to make refunds or exchanges, despite the right to return goods under consumer law.

I ordered in 5th May and still no sign only to discover dispatch was from China. The website looks great but sadly the reality of the service hasn’t matched.

Quite frankly this company needs to be closed down! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Bought a bath mat for my elderly father thinking it was a safe UK site only to discover it was coming from China, when it eventually arrived 3 weeks later it was just rubbish quality and probably worth £5 not the £25 I’d paid, would have cost me more to post it back so it went in the bin. Please be aware it’s just garbage and cheap tack they sell.

Bought cot bumper for my baby, its a total rubbish, would like to return for refund but they are not willing to do even though its in every customers right to return an unsuitable product!

This company is a front to peddle cheap Chinese rubbish to British customers. We bought a "cute robot dog" for our granddaughter. It was advertised as being lifelike and is supposed to respond to voice commands and movements. In reality it was dispatched in a wad of bubble wrap, with no operating instructions, and clearly unequipped to perform many of the functions claimed on the website. The parent company calls
itself Balma Home on our credit card bill and it too has a low Trustpilot rating. When we looked at how to return this item we found that you have to return it to an address in Dallas at your own expense!
We shall, as expected, NEVER buy from this scam site again!!!

It is a total scam, and I agree with everyone on this platform. This kind of advertising goes against Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs). I have made a complaint at the Advertising Standards Authority.

Non-UK based website with very restrictive policies. It’s “.co.uk” URL deceives customers into thinking it’s UK based and helpful. I wish I’d read reviews here first. No ability to cancel or refund my order despite emailing them after I placed the order. Avoid.

STAY AWAY!
I ordered a watch for my 5 year old that is total rubbish. Genuinely doesn’t work and shouldn’t ever be sold. The company shouldn’t exist - i’ve emailed them 10 times about returning the watch and had nothing back.
Wish i’d looked here first :(

Scam business - do not order from them
I ordered cot bumpers from them, which in their marketing they claim are breathable. However, they are just normal cheap foam, not breathable at all (in comparison, I bought a SnuzPod for when baby was smaller and that was padded with breathable materials, it was a completely different story...).

I find it so irresponsible that they make this kind of product claim. Additionally, they also refused to 1) cancel my order (before it had been processed, go the "it's processed" notification 3 days later and they ignored my repeated asks to cancel) and 2) accept a return and refund (they don't do refunds - which is against UK consumer law - you can return and refund anything bought online).

In my book, they are a scam.

Oh my god I do hope whoever is even considering ordering from this place has come and read the reviews here first! I wish I had but, like many others, was deceived by the look of the website and their email address giving appearance that it's a UK based business.

What a total scam. Do not buy anything from there. I ordered something and then realised it was not a UK based business. Within less than 5 minutes of my order I emailed to cancel the order, which per their FAQs would allow them to respond. But of course nobody responded for 2 days, conveniently, until the order was shipped and "there was nothing they could do".
The particular thing I ordered was marketed as the real thing and priced as such but discounted to seem like you were getting a good deal. In reality though not the same at all and still expensive!

Lesson learned I guess...never again.

This company is a total scam. I wish I had come on Trust pilot and read these reviews before purchasing. We purchased a 4 metre bed bumper which shows a thick beautiful picture advertised on their website and shows measurements of 14cm wide. When it arrived 16 days later it was poorly packaged, poor quality and barely 8cm thick which would not cover the rails of our sons bed which is what it was intended for. When we messaged the company they asked to send photos but then came back saying they had a note in the small print of the website stating that the ‘dimensions could vary slightly’. Slightly is not almost half the advertised size! They ended up offering a £6 refund and that was that. Beware of this company who cover their backs and hide behind their little clauses in the small prints.

Product information is misleading. Was expecting an Ariel hammock far bigger than the one received. Terrible company to deal with. Returns are not accepted even though the website suggests they are. Hidden clauses in small print. No options to cancel or return orders. Would recommend not using.

Two weeks ago I paid and still not sent I won't be using them again
