Scam Alert
Whatever you do, do not order from this company. They are a complete scam. Ordered my son a jersey for Christmas. It was unfortunately the wrong size. I thought at least I can contact them to exchange, but they totally mess with you. Kept asking me for pictures of the jersey with a measuring tape? I sent them what they were asking for and they complained the measuring tape wasn’t flat enough. It was obvious they were just trying to wear me down and had no intentions of letting me exchange the shirt for the correct size. This is the first of many reviews I will be posting. I will also be broadcasting on my social media platforms. Felt so bad I couldn’t do a simple exchange for my son. He really wanted this jersey for Christmas.

Poorest Quality Ever.
Poorest Quality Ever.
After paying $90 US or $120 Canadian I must say the material they use is unbelievably low quality. The screening they use is actually very nice but it hardly warrants the price. This is not a Jersey in any sense, more like a long sleeve shirt made from slightly higher grad material than using a plastic bag.
Shame on Lipomart for trying to pass off such poor quality.
I was so excited as it was the only place that carried the 'Every Child Matters' jersey. This is a jersey that represents a reconciliation for mistreated indigenous children so cheap quality is just sad!

Poor Quality and Customer Service
If I could give this site a -5, I would. I placed an order for an NFL salute to service hoodie in mid-November. I did not get it until a few days before Christmas—although purportedly was sent from NJ to Jamaica, Queens New York and I live in Delaware. The quality was horrible. And although it was supposed to be a 4X, my spouse (who typically wears a 3x) could not fit it.
I have spent the past few weeks trying to get a replacement or refund, but they find ways to block my effort at every turn. Now they are telling me that if I do not send proof of the problems (which I have twice), they will close my complaint—despite the fact that I have told them I n multiple times that I am out of the US until early February.
I have already filed a dispute with American Express to get my $75 refunded. It seems Lipomarts does not care but instead keeps using diversionary tactics I assume in the hopes that I will take my losses—accepting a very inferior product and accepting the loss of $75.00
As they say: A word to the wise is diffident. Avoid this company at all costs.

Lipomarts is a huge scam
Lipomarts is a huge scam. I ordered wrong size. Wanted to know about returning it for different size. I sent 10 different emails. They want you to send pictures of them being measured with tape measure. You send it to them, another email comes they can’t read it. This happened for two weeks. I called visa and had charge taken off. They do this until

Brown Titans sweatshirt
I ordered a brown titan sweatshirt and what i received was a super shiny, blotchy discolored sweatshirt with rubber adhesive logo on it. I sent them pictures of what they were advertising on their site and pictures of what i received and asked to return it for a refund and they said no. This sweatshirt is horrible.

Actually, the hoodie is not 100% cotton, it is mixed between cotton and polyester. In this case, we checked and realized that the item is described as the product image and no errors on the shirt, so our policy doesn't allow us to offer a return/refund.

Scam site, fake products
Buyer beware.
Ordered two Nike NFL hoodies around 11/20/23 with guaranteed Christmas delivery. Lots of issues with delivery. Lots of back and forth with what I assume was a bot. Finally received my order a few days AFTER Christmas and they were fake!
Emailed again for refund, they want pics, etc which I'm happy to do but they never sent a return label or address or any other info, just "send pictures and return items".
Don't waste your money. My fault for not researching prior to ordering.

Will not accept returns
Ordered a jersey. Tried to return it, unopened, the day it arrived, as their website says I can. They responded that they'd try to fix the "problem" if I took pictures and measurements. What? Its unopened. I just wanted to return it. So they stopped responding to my emails. Scam site.
Edit: My response to the below claim "they haven't heard from me" - I have 9 emails from Linda at Lipomart support saying they won't take it back. I finally opened the package and gave it to my kid, who already has an authentic jersey. Oh my god is the Lipomart one bad. Washed it once, the Jersey shrunk and is now all bunched up. Hilariously bad product. But thanks for reminding me, Lipomart, that it's time for me to update all the other reviews I've left too.

We ordered the packers brown…
We ordered the packers brown sweatshirts and it took over a month to get them, they are not the same sweatshirt as shown on there websites. They are false advertising. I like the one we got but not what we ordered.

"Support the Troup" happy hoodies
I ordered 2 "Support the Troup" sweatshirts from Lipomart and then read the reviews. Made me kind of nervous for there were a lot of negative reviews. But I got exactually what I ordered and on time even though it took some time to arrive. The hoodies are of excellent quality and I'm very happy. Not sure why the bad reviews.
