I would give this company 0 star if…

I would give this company 0 star if that's option was available.
No one should purchase anything from this company, they believe like a lowlife, money hungry, irresponsible business. If you purchase an item it takes very long to arrive and if there's any mistake or problem with it, returns, exchange or refunds are close to impossible...just check the reviews for yourself...I am stuck with an online purchase jersey that's too big and the company refuses to do a basic exchange although l had no option to try on

I ordered a jersey from these shysters…

I ordered a jersey from these shysters and they omitted the apartment number from the shipping address. They took over three weeks to ship the item and it ended up being undeliverable when it finally was sent. The Post Office returned it to sender, but rather than just reshipping it to me and charging for freight, they told me I would have to pay 50% of the jersey and shipping charges. They have a customer service line that they do not answer...ever, which is a joke. I kick myself for working with such an outlaw online vendor. If I had only checked their Better Business Bureau rating I would have known to avoid them. PLEASE, find another supplier for what you are looking for, like Amazon, Dick's Sporting Goods or Fanatics because you will regret dealing with the likes of Linda from Lipomarts.

My wife ordered me a jersey from there never received an email or anything confirming her purchase or when it will be delivered. We tried contacting customer service and all the phone does is ring and one just beeps busy there are two numbers listed and an email and they don’t answer or respond to any of your emails.

SAME story -do not order

SAME story -do not order. FRAUD. They will pretend it’s sitting and ready to ship at USPS but it’s a lie. Luckily I have family in fraud and they are already making sure VISA/MASTERCARD flag this company. Won’t be long and it will be shut down.

Scam Alert

I purchased a custom jersey in early August. It has never arrived. I've been told it is in transit. Tracking shows the package has arrived and departed the same facility in Fayetteville GA three different dates - all same facility. I've demanded a refund, but not holding my breath. This is a scam business. And I will be reporting them to the Federal authorities given they have fraudulently used USPS in their scam.

I went to purchase a customized jersey

I went to purchase a customized jersey. I requested a 1997 purple kobe bryant Jersey the only altercation would be no number on the back. I also emailed before hand asking if they could accommodate this and the responended with yes. We do all customization they stated. They said just leave my what you need to the description box. After receiving my order I recieved the jersey with no numbers on it. I reached out to customer serivce, which I can say was the worst I have experienced. They asked for photos so I sent them over. I got a reposnse back saying that this is what you asked for. They said when you ask for one number they going to do the same to both number. I agured with stating that made no sense. All they did would come up more lies and didn't try to make and kind of resolution. They said next order could be 20% off. I would never order from these people. I hope you won't either save your money. The jersey quality is garbage too. I sent it over to paypal to get refunded that way.

Would give zero if I could

Would give zero if I could. Ordered a jersey August 4th 2024. Is been in Woodbridge Illinois every since. Every time I contact them they tell me its in transit yet tracking doesn't give a date and had never left Illinois. I will NEVER waste my money with this company again. They are the worst.
