I ordered two jerseys 19 days ago

Edit: response to Lipomarts reponse: that tracking id shows the same package being delivered and departing to the same warehouse repeatedly over the last two weeks. Not helpful. Fake shipping label.

I ordered two jerseys 19 days ago. I’ve gotten emails saying it’s shipped but it doesn’t say when it will be delivered and every few days the tracking updates that it’s departing and arriving at the same warehouse. I am very frustrated and considering reporting to my bank if this is a scam. These are Christmas presents and I am running out of time to get my money back and order somewhere else if this website isn’t real.

I order 2 jerseys from this site, save your money don't order from this site, my order has been sitting since November 27th with the shipping partner HABIT PARCEL EBUSINESS INT LTD in Fairfield New Jersey and USPS hasn't received it ,I was scammed out of $111.00 this was a Christmas gift ..I paid with PayPal so hopefully they will get my money back....Update, still haven't received my order that I placed back on November 25th and its December 22nd I had to buy another gift to replace this gift that I haven't received, I've escalated a complaint with PayPal to get my money refunded, do not buy from this company..

I ordered two jerseys about a month ago and still have not received a tracking number. Countless emails after and guess what? Still don’t have a tracking number. Their customer service is horrendous and I would not recommend it to anyone. It’s frustrating to try and get a definitive answer from them.

NOT TRUE TO SIZE!

I ordered two Crucial Catch hoodies, one in 4XL and the other in XL. I could barely get my XL over my head and it fit like a S. My husband didn’t even need to try his on; he could tell it wasn’t true to size just by holding it up. I tried on the 4XL and it felt like a 2XL. Very frustrating…if you’re willing to take a chance, be sure to order two sizes up!

I purchased the crucial catch hoodie

I purchased the crucial catch hoodie, and had it personalized. I LOVE it!!! The personalization took a little longer. It is in the same color as the design of the dolphins. I made a mistake and ordered an extra hoodie, I contacted CSR they replied quickly and have processed the refund. It was my fault and they made it right. I will definitely look for more items from them.

It was worth the wait.

I am not sure about other reviews, but my order came in today. After reviewing it, they came as ordered. I will say it took about 18 business days to arrive (3.5 weeks).
Linda was very good to answer my questions, especially when it sat for about 2 weeks in one location.
I would suggest patience in receiving the order, but it did arrive and it is to my liking.

absolutely horrible company you can’t…

absolutely horrible company you can’t talk to anyone on the phone your jersey comes. It’s way too big, which is not their fault but I wanted to return it to get another one. They had me jump through hoops to measure it measure it across. It went on for weeks I got so fed up I gave up so now I have a jersey sitting here that I can’t use. They are absolutely horrible. Don’t order from them, they should be sued for the way they treat people

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience from start to finish. They advertise express shipping and don’t meet deadlines. It’s the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I also ordered my Wife a jersey in Large which is the size I’ve purchased with her 2 previous jerseys from other stores and Lipomarts refused to accept my return for an exchange. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I’m surprised the BBB allows them to operate after continued bad reviews. Save yourself time, money and experience of this!!
