The jersey arrived 3 months late after many follow ups and a refund request. Size was off by 5 inches in the chest (way too small). I was offered a 10% discount on future orders! A total SCAM.

I would give it 0 if it was an option. They charged my account the day I placed the order but it has been over a month and I have not received it. Tracking shows it has arrived and left the same location multiple times. No answer on phone calls. Email is an electronic reply, not a real person. I can only assume at this point that I have been scammed.
Update: I finally received the item, 12/30/2024, it was a football jersey that was very poorly constructed. Advertised as an NFL jersey. Obviously not the actual team logo but did have an NFL logo on it and a Nike emblem. The seams were puckered and the bottom hem varying lengths. The lettering was sewn on with a zigzag stitch that had threads sticking out everywhere. The material was similar to costume fabric. I stand by my statement, do not order from this company. The jersey was not cheap and not advertised as a knock off item.

Ordered in NOVEMBER, which per website stated it’s “GUARANTEED DELIVERY BY CHRISTMAS”…still haven’t received the jersey. Tracking status: Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item. Mind you it hasn’t changed since DECEMBER 6th.
And of course “Linda” with Lipomart sends bogus emails with this response.
“We can easily understand your situation currently and we are so sorry that you did not receive your package as promptly as expected. Actually, USPS has more stops while delivering, so it needs a little time to move and update the tracking link. Your order is on the way normally.
We will keep you posted on the status of your order regularly and the carrier will show more new updates within the next few days.”
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. It’s a SCAM! And I am absolutely reporting them.
Also the customer service phone numbers(there are 2) don’t work. They ring and ring, nobody picks up ever. And the other number has a busy signal.
Again… don’t buy from this company.
Ordered a Chiefs jersey and it's showing it was shipped on 4 December. Almost the 20th and still no jersey and last update was on 4 December. Pretty sad you order a jersey for your son for Christmas way early enough to be delivered but still nothing. Thanks for taking my money and ruining my sons Christmas! I ordered a jersey for my nephew that was “shipped” on November 30th. It has not moved locations. This doesn’t feel right to me at all. I see another person with the same issue as me on the same day. It’s a x-mas present and I hope it gets here on time.
Ordered a Christmas present on November 30th. Tracking information hasn't changed since December 6th. Still says USPS awaiting item. Christmas is less than a week away and it looks like I am going to have to rush around and find a replacement gift.
Order supposedly shipped December 4 with no updates since. Customer service does not respond. It seems like the orders are shipping from somewhere in Asia and the company is concealing this with a generic New York location until it finally gets handed off for delivery in the US which is the reason for the long delay after the item gets marked as shipped. Will update my review if/when I actually receive my order.

Terrible quality… I bought a sweater for my son… it looks like a product bought on Temu or Alibaba… brought from China… and costing more than 60 dollars… I do not recommend the products here… do not throw your money away
I ordered a jersey for my grandson , a month later they sent a notice that it was delivered, I never got it and when I inquired about it they said it delivered to some address that does not exist and they said I provided this none existent address. I have lived in my house for 40 years, I think I know my address. Such BS. I will never order from Lipomarts again.
I chose 1 star because 0 stars wasn’t an option. I ordered a jersey for our grandson on November 26 and it still has not left the shipping facility. I have reached out to Linda (I'm pretty sure she’s just AI) multiple times and just keep getting automated responses about how sorry they are, how busy they are, and that the delay is a result of USPS having multiple stops in the day, so it takes them longer to pick up their packages. Say what?
When I requested a refund I was told they don’t offer refunds. Ironically, the day I sent my first inquiring email, they updated tracking to show my package was still at the same shipping facility in NJ. I’m getting frustrated that their company offers products that they can’t ship in a reasonable time. In the day of overnight and 2-day shipping, it shouldn’t take 20 days for a package to leave a shipping facility. I would not recommend Lipomarts to anyone. Their response to my complaints is a 10% discount on future orders. I can guarantee one thing: I won’t be ordering from them in the future.
Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering! I ordered a shirt for my grandson on December 2nd for Christmas. I am told it is "at a shopping partner" in Franklin Park, Illinois where they are "awaiting item". It's looking like I'm going to have a disappointed kid!
Ordered a month ago. Item said shipped very fast.. But one day reads shipped. Next day received at shipping partner. Next reads shipped.. Next reads received shipping partner... Now 3 weeks later. It says the same thing evey other day. Online Customer support ensures me daily it's coming.. Customer support by phone is worthless. One line just rings.. one line is just a busy signal 24-7. Very unsatisfied
I also ordered a jersey Dec. 1st and they took the money and I got confirmation. My tracking currently still hasn’t updated since Dec. 6th. No one answers when you call so it’s really annoying you can’t talk to anyone to find out where your package is

No one answers when you call, email or anything else at this point. I ordered my son's rapids jersey on November 30th. Received order confirmation but nothing else. This little boy asked Santa for this and is going to be broken hearted because I can't find this jersey anywhere!!!!!
Adding since the tracking was NOW provided by Linda. My package still hasn't been shipped and christmas is in 9 days. I highly doubt it will arrive.

Update..
I finally received the product after about a month of waiting. The jersey looks good. The bad part of this experience is finally over. It took waaay to long to get here. But it is finally here. I did not enjoy the wait and lipomarts needs to work with a different shipping company or something. I’m glad to find out it is not a scam.

Ordered a jersey from Lipomarts and my tracking number/tracking says it's circling Jamaica NY with a "shipping partner" and 8 says later still hasn't made it to USPS which is weird because USPS is everywhere. Getting real annoyed real fast and thinking I got scammed.

I ordered a jersey on November 28. It never arrived and when I try to track the package, it says processing (even though they took my money day 1) I’ve made 5 attempts to contact this company to find my order and no one responds. At this point I believe this site is a scam and don’t order from them because you’ll never get it.

Me Too!!!!! I order 2 sweatshirts, save your money don't order from this site, my order has been sitting since November 22th with the shipping partner HABIT PARCEL EBUSINESS INT LTD in Fairfield New Jersey and USPS hasn't received it. I called them and the phone just rings and rings and rings. Whoever Linda is, I hope she/they will get my money back....
I have been tracking my order since 11/23. It continues to arrive at the same Facility in NJ day after day. Today tracking said it ARRIVED tomorrow. Contacted the company, they offered no resolution.
Update: Jersey finally arrived more than a month after I ordered it.
