The jersey arrived 3 months late after many follow ups and a refund request. Size was off by 5 inches in the chest (way too small). I was offered a 10% discount on future orders! A total SCAM.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I bought my son 2 soccer jerseys. Both were the same size, but one was clearly smaller than the other. We tried to get an exchange or return, but this stupid company wanted us to measure the shirts length and width to prove that it was smaller. Never in my life have been asked to do something like this from a retailer. After arguing with them only by email, BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT TALK TO ANYONE ON THE PHONE, they quit responding and now I’m out $100 for a jersey that is too small sold by a company that shouldn’t be in business. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

THEY DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS for numerous reasons. I tried to return the jersey. I bought within 30 days from the date of purchase and they told me I could not do this.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I reached out trying to get a sweatshirt exchanged for a smaller size because my elderly mother in law ordered incorrectly, when buying 2 of them as Christmas gifts. I was told too bad, they can’t do anything for me. This was AFTER I informed them that she had been admitted to the ICU the day after Christmas. For this reason I wasn’t able to get the order information from her. When I was finally able to speak to her she couldn’t find the confirmation email, so I contacted Lipomarts with her name, phone & address and that’s when they looked up the order and said they wouldn’t exchange it. Again, not looking for $, just needed a smaller size. I can’t believe this is the service you provide your customers, especially a veteran. It’s an absolute disgrace.
Also reading through other reviews it’s clear how horrible they truly are. They just respond to complaints with their policy verbiage, as if that adds any value or provides a resolution. Nope, they hide behind a policy, deflecting fault & responsibility. They don’t care at all. Save your money people, shop ANYWHERE else.

I received my order and it was here on time. This was in November. We had Christmas late so the family could be together. When I took it out of the package it didn't feel like other Sport Jerseys I had purchased, and it looked very large. It was a boys 10-12. More like a 14-16. I didn't find this out until he tried it on after he received it. I wrote to Linda the cust. service person at Lipomarts and was given instructions how to exchange it. It involved taking pictures and sending them. That took many days of her telling my she wasnt able to open them, then finally about my son sent them to her, then she asked for other info like the original package, the transaction number, and other things no one still has since it was a Christmas Present. Stalling again so my 30 will be up. I should have realized that when they kept making excuses. Live and learn. I hope you take my advice and read all about them before you decide to do business with them.

Ordered a Columbus crew kit for my 8 yr old daughter, was $54. She was very excited to get it, it looked fine. She wore it immediately, I washed it (but did not dry it) and the lettering is already peeling. Reached out to company, who basically said they wouldn't do anything, could only refund or return unopened items in original packaging. Very disappointing that they aren't even trying to make it right. Also, said it would be there in 15-25 days and was not, had to give it to her after Christmas.

I ordered a Nebraska football jersey Eric crouch number 7 and it was fake trademark infringement as well as trademark dilution. I posted on here before about it, And I emailed them they told me to send them pictures I sent them pictures then they said they need a different kind of pictures and then I sent them, and still no reply I recently sent them pictures again and they say oh it's past the 30 days so we can't do nothing about it now. After they play games long enough to be able to say that. Do not use this place they will give you homemade stuff as what it looks like to me and not very well homemade stuff. It looks like someone sold this Jersey in their basement. And luckily I live in Lincoln and I go to Nebraska games all the time so I might just give it to Eric crouch and have him do something about it.

Only reason I’m giving them a 2 and not a 1 is because Linda at customer service did get back to me about my order that took four weeks to get. Unfortunately the ladies medium that I ordered is more like a child size. No woman could fit into it. We live in America and a company should understand how sizes work here. We are not in China.

I have to agree with all the one star reviews. Linda sent the same message over and over. Contact your charge company to report and the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. If I ever get it. It better be right. I am afraid this company ruined a lot of Christmas’s for people.
They tell you to use the size chart to check measurements because it could be off by 1-2 inches. Which is a lot. The problem is you cannot find Lipomarts size chart.
You are offed 15% off next order if you write a bad review. But they do not tell how to get it.
The jersey final came in. It was as pictured. I ordered a youth m which end up being a 10-12 so it was big on him. If you can find the size chart it would help. I need to order a smaller size but I don’t know how to use my 15% off.

Ordered a Men’s XXL Salute to Service white camo hoodie (commanders) in 11/14/24 rec’d it in 12/14/24. Gave it as a Christmas gift. Didn’t fit. It’s cut like a Ladies XL (narrower thru the body). Compared it to a XXL Men’s for a different team and the commanders hoodie is way more narrow and cheap looking. You can see camo thru screen printed “w” decal in the front. Contacted customer service and they won’t take it back because they have a 30 day return policy. It took 30 days to get it!! I think I got scammed!

I received my jersey after ordering the jersey 5 weeks ago and the jersey is a child size large. I ordered a large women size and I can't get the jersey over my head. I tried to contact the company but I can't get any response. I work for the federal government and I'm in the process of opening up a full investigation into this company.
I’m taking the time to write this in the name of fairness and to try to give hope to those who doubt their order will arrive.
I received my order today after 5+ weeks. The jersey is perfect. So there LM. There’s that’s. We are even. And done. Never to do business again. Now improve your shipping process and give your future customers the respect they deserve.
I wish I would have read these reviews before giving the company my money. Purchased a jersey in early December and it has not arrived. Same thing happened as everyone else. It keeps saying it is at a post office in Jamaica, NY. I have emailed this company twice about my concerns and no response. I hate being scammed and I want my money back. I'm thinking about disputing the charge with my bank due to a lack of response. Unprofessional and not worth it. If you have not purchased anything from this company, you're smart. Buy from a reputable company.

No exchange policy is absolutely ridiculous!! I ordered a women's XL and received a men's small. They said it should fit fine.
It doesn't. They will not even exchange for a larger size. I even offered to pay both shipping charges. Lipomarts is a complete FRAUD. I now see all the negative reviews this company has received. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCUMMY BUSINESS!!!

They have more 1 star reviews then they do anything else. There is a reason. Horrible company and even worse customer service. Spend the few dollars more and buy from a good company.
The item just sat and was not sent out for almost a week. Horrible experience. They just send you lame cut and paste response emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I do not want your 15% off coupon. You ruined a christmas gift for a family member. What would make you think I want to buy from you again. Clearly this company does not care about customers.

Still waiting for an order that I placed a month ago. Received tracking information that shows that it never left the company. I have emailed several times regarding my order, but keep getting the same "canned" emails in return that show nothing has ever been shipped. Phone calls are never answered, do not waste your money or time with this loser of a company. I highly doubt that I will ever see the jersey that I ordered, nor a refund of the money that they stole from me.
I ordered an NFL sweatshirt 11/29 and it still shows in transit. This is horrible business. I wanted it here for Christmas and it clearly isn't going to make it! Very poor business!
Complete waste of time and money ! I waiting just like everyone else with no order delivered and a bunch of empty tracking updates and empty promises from this company and Linda their "respondant ". Haven't seen anything (doubtful I will) but have very low expectations at this point
