My lamps arrived safely as they were so well packaged and easy to assemble to install the bulbs which were supplied.
The colouring of the lamps was exactly as on the website.

I love the light, arrived within 2 days of ordering, need some basic electrical knowledge to fit. I only give 4 stars as i was not notified of dispatch or delivery date from courier and it was left on doorstep. I have expressed my concern about this and amelia will pass this onto courier

No light at the end of the tunnel :(
A break down between the company and the collection partner (Evri) means that my light was never collected, and no one took responsibility for fixing the problem. If I got a response it was "Evri are too busy to collect, be patient!"
But thank you for the refund once you had got to the bottom of the problem.

High quality light fittings but even more impressive customer service. I ordered three light fittings for my kitchen. The lights arrived which were wrong, and requested to have them changed for different fittings. No questions were asked, Lightsin simply arranged a courier to pick up the fittings and had the new fittings, which arrived within 3 days. Super service. Thanks
