Lamps beautiful but getting lamps delivered was very distressing as second lamp ordered from you went missing instead I received kitten balls 🥎 it was a very bad experience, waiting for second lamp.
Lamps beautiful, but a lot of hassle with delivery, distressing to me on both occasions when ordering second lamp. Would not order from you again. I did eventually receive second lamp after months of waiting, I am pleased with lamps but would think twice about ordering again from you.

Table lamp. Was lost in transit and you didn't have in stock. You don't have a contact number easier to talk to someone. Just email contact because I could have waited until you got more in as you have discussed in the order and it will be in stock in 1st December but it will go back to full price. Just a pity you couldn't say that at the time I would have been quite happy to wait on your delivery.
