It's a beautiful lamp but...
It's a beautiful lamp, and simple to add the shade and holder.
But I was horrified to see and deal with the polystyrene packaging. I understand the need for very careful packing materials, and the lamp was held securely and safely.
I have had terracotta pots delivered from Crocus.co.uk.
They came in heavy-duty cardboard boxes, packed into strong cardboard formes, with, again, heavy duty brown crinkled paper to buffer them.
I would urge you very strongly indeed to look into another type of packaging, rather than using polystyrene, which is so harmful to the environment.

Really nice looking lights but you need skills to connect
Really nice looking lights but you need real skills to put all parts together. I ordered two lights for my sitting room, and both boxes came without instruction. I connected both as I had some past experience. Also, the box which connects to the ceiling is too tiny to put all wires together. I did it, but it was not a easy job. Lights has three illuminations (Warm white, normal white & Cool white). By switching on & off, colours change - which is a cool feature. I must submit although all effort to fit the light - it changed look of our sitting room. I don't have dimmer, so cannot comment on that. It is bright enough for our sitting room (size appx. 12 x 10 ft.)
