Have spent many many years disposing of lame Christmas outside lights. This year we bought led string lights from Lights4you and are blown away with the quality and ruggedness of their products , should last for years - hurray ! We needed an extension lead to get to an outside tree , and Lisa was extremely helpful and efficient , lead arrived pronto. Really guys , don't go anywhere else for lights next Christmas.

What a friendly company! Needing to replace our outdoor Christmas lights, we contacted lights4you by telephone for initial advice. Lisa’s product knowledge ensured we had the right amount of extension leads for our needs. We over ordered safe in the knowledge any unused items could be returned & refunded. Our new outdoor display is amazing. People actually drive by, stop & take photos. Thank you to Lisa & the team for all their help & guidance. I would definitely recommend them & certainly order from them again.

Brought some icycle style lights last year, and after putting them up one set did not work, emailed Lights 4 you and got a very quick response with replacement parts sent out the next day at no cost.

Had the multi coloured multi string lights fr a while...suddenly stopped working... sent a message asking for ideas as to possibly why....withing hours got a call and an email...suggested why and free of charge posted pout the "solution"....fixed. 100% score for service and communication.. Lights in their 2nd year going on 3rd now, and thanks to brilliant customer service , once again going strong. I RECOMMEND HIGHLY. Tc

How refreshing in this day and age to deal with someone like Lisa.
When we emailed saying there was a problem with our outside lights, she immediately suggested sending out a new black box and lead - which arrived promptly. It worked and our lovely lights are ready for Christmas.

I've bought many boxes of lights from Lisa at Lights4you, both icicles and string lights. The product is still the best out there and whenever I've had the odd problem with one, Lisa has been simply brilliant. With customer service as good as she delivers and as can be seen by other positive reviews, you can be confident of buying superb quality lights that will last for years and as important, if you do encounter any issue, Lisa is on hand to sort it out immediately. This is my second five-star review as Lisa has just helped me again when on of my sets had a fault.

When today's business competition is tough and margins tight, this company excels in offering a great customer experience. No company wants their quality products to have a glitch but if it does the company needs to follow up with a service that says 'yes we care' - Lights4you is a company that cares and excels at it. Immediate and brilliant communication(thank you Lisa) and follow up service (replacement item) was exemplary. I'd always promote Lights4you products and service.

Excellent customer service. Our outdoor LED lights developed a fault after 3 years of use and Lisa kindly sent out a replacement section extremely quickly. So not only do they supply excellent products, but their customer service is second to none. Thanks.

Bought a couple of sets of icicle lights in the lead up to last Christmas, the product arrived and worked fine with no complaints. After putting the lights up this year, one of the sets had intermittent fault where sections of the lights weren't working. I called up the customer service line, spoke to Lisa, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with and before I asked she was arranging for another set to go out in the post to us. I haven't received it yet, but it's truly difficult to find personal service of that leve and wouldn't hesitate to buy again! Thank you Lisa!

If only all companies operated like this one does ! Absolutely excellent service received on both occasions used (last year and four days ago). This quality of service has been added to today with an email from Lisa informing me of a refund of the delivery charge, which was inadvertently added to the bill. Such honesty - how many others would have done that, not many I would suggest ! Carry on providing excellent products and services Lights4you - it's much appreciated 😃😃

Excellent service.
Bought a set of colour changing LED from them last year - they were so good I ordered a second set this year. As usual they arrived quickly however this set had a fault. Spoke to Lisa who advised that they do check all lights before despatch, however this fault appears intermittent.(probably a loose connection somewhere).
Without hesitation Lisa arranged for a replacement set to be sent immediately. Excellent service - Thank you!

honest , 100% reliable , great products

What excellent service and product. I'd been looking for a professional quality set of connectable lights for a while. The Lights4you product looked good on the website so I used the Contact Us option with some questions about the products and got a reply back from Lisa the same day, answering all my questions with the information I needed. After a few further e-mails I placed my order via their web page and two days later everything turned up via a courier and well packaged. The product that turned up was exactly as seen on the website and the quality expected. Lisa has been so helpful throughout the process, she replied to every e-mail and provided the details I asked for....everytime.....brilliant...Thank you Lisa. I'm looking forward to putting up th new lights for Christmas. I would 100% recommend buying from Lights4you.....!

The lights were brilliant.

Unfortunately the second string appeared to have a fault as the light was very dim. I contacted the company on a Sunday evening, got a response immediately and a replacement string arrived by the Tuesday. Easy to change.

What more can I say........

This company is first class to deal with. I enquired if they could supply me with the extension section for led icicle led lights which were showing out of stock online. Lisa was very helpful and said she would try to get them for me and would phone me back that evening. She kept her word which is very unusual these days most people don't bother to reply. She managed to get me a set and posted them out the next day. I received them the following day. A great company. Prompt reliable service even though it was Christmas. Thanks again Lisa.

what a great company after sales the best ever . I bought two sets of lights for Christmas to go around garden two years ago from Costco unfortunately this year halve a string was not working.phoned lights4you to ask how to fix the problem .Instead Lisa took my details and sent a new set of lights all working now thank s again LISA i would defiantly buy again from this company also told all friends and family how great thay are

I got out my two year old icicles to put up again this year to find a three metre section had gone faulty,the shop I got them from was not interested at all so I went on the suppliers website to see if I could buy a new section.emailed them and promptly had them ring me to see what the problem was and instead of me buying new ones they sent me a new set straight out which came two days later,the house looks great again and the service from lights4you was exceptional I would recommend them to everyone.

I had a problem with a set of the 180 outdoor white lights and emailed the company just to see if they had any suggestions. That evening (yes well out of office hours!) I had a reply from Lisa saying it sounded like the rectifier needed replacing and she sent one through the post to me. Unfortunately although this corrected part of the problem, it did not completely fix them but I have been so impressed by Lisa's care and fast responses to all my emails, I have decided to purchase another set as I am more than happy to support the business. I'm not sure if Lisa is the owner or an employee - if she's an employee, then I hope she is well valued by the owners!
